Certainly love to see more colabs with you two, it's a really nice way to tour a home. If I could offer any constructive feedback it would be to show all the parts of the house that are mentioned, like in this one it would have been cool to see the staff quarters/attached kitchenette as well as the bathroom of the basement bedroom with some detail.

With the given price increase for the facility, I would expect the rooftop solarium to have at least an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a stylish jacuzzi instead of an open empty space.

i have seen this villa allready more then 2 years ago on sale did not get a very good impression looking at the pics however with this tour i must say its a great looking villa you girls still need to work a bit on you're presentation....a bit more mojo,more energy & more fun like to see you evolving......

Very nice BUT the ‘kitchen’ spoils it .......the architect either doesn’t have kids or doesn’t like them, why place a kitchen away and out of view to the pool! 🙄

Excellent presentation - lovely house, its difficult to decide if I would want a place slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists and the more populated areas e.g. nightlife and busy beaches but maybe this would strike a balance... Its a moot point as I haven't got the cash anyway but still a man can plan and dream lol 8.5/10 on the house
To speak the truth: please bring back Artur. The Ladys speak Bad english. You notice that they try to remember all the Details and Information while speaking. Shure they friendly but i dont enjoy the Tour as much as i do with Artur. Looking good is not everything.
