Bro after setting set point to 10 degree Celsius in temperature controller my chiller is not cooling the water to the set point it is stopped at 21 degree Can u pls tell me why it is happening

As I worked as a trainee five years in carrier dealer and we take the vendor code in carrier 3 years and work in Dubai York international 1. 5 years Dubai so left from there I started my own job in Bangalore and Chennai now we doing all over south India till date special in carrier chiller only and what about y side experience
