VERY GOOD VIDEO EXPLANATION. 🍺 I also want to add up sir. As an Audio Engineer. IEMs or any monitoring speakers do not have or should not have Lag/Delay. Or mostly near to Zero delay. This is usually connected to the Monitor Bus or monitor Channel hindi sa Master Out or Recording Channel.
Astig and excellent video. Thank you for this, keep it up bro malayo mararating mo.
Me as a DJ and music producer...

Nice video Sir pax. Very informative😁

We’re using wireless IEM system too before (XTuga). Until we had delay issues with them, clicks will sometimes go slower than usual. Suspect namin is the signal being affected by other wireless devices around the area (smartphones). We were adviced to switch brands (MiPro) but we can’t afford them yet individually, so we went the hardwired way na lang hahahah.
Hello , IEM should be connected to a monitor channel not on Master out to avoid delays just saying ... please try thanks. Be safe and have a good day 😊
Hi po. Though I am not that very familiar po sa settings namin live, as much as I’m aware - our IEM is connected to a Behringer X-Air. We rented 5 units of MiPro and we did not encounter the issues anymore. However like I mentioned. We can’t afford to have one each, so we went hardwired with long cables na lang.
May xtuga wireless lapel mic was converted into iem monitor system about 1500 1 reciever 1transmitter variant bili ko 2pcs I plug may 2 transmitter into mixer at may tigisang reciever partnered with QKZ in ear headset I used 3.5mm to 6.35 mm stereo para maisaksak sa mixer
Yes this is one of the problems lalo na pag live ka and ung feedback kaya ako minsan nag dadalawang earphone ako isa sa para sa mixer and of course ung sa kaliwa ko is metronome :D
Maganda talaga pag ganyan boss, pero yun nga pang big time lang na set up Yan. Kasi bawat isa isang channel hole Ang kailangan sa mixer. Kaya dpat nasa 16 channels and up Ang mixer mo.
We were just talking about monitoring with my friends. I just went with a wired solution, tatlong iems with long cables to a headphone amp very basic ang solution pero di pa namin nattry in actual
I discovered this noong nag working student ako back in college.
Pax, thank you for the clear explanation. Have you tried plugging in the transmitter directly to an audio interface headphone monitor slot? Kunware sa Behringer UM? Possible ba yun?
Pax! galing talaga ng explanations mo. And clear yung gear review. I have a question. To be honest, I haven't used an IEM before. haha! My question is, kung naka-isolate ang monitor mo or naka-IEM ka, how will you hear the overall sound ng buong band?
