Hello. For me it does not work on the server. Did everything you did and for some reason, it does not work. The prop appears in RPF Explorer, with all the textures, collisions and everything is normal. When I put the map in the server, the prop does not load.
hey so you gotta enter edit mode , then right click the file and import it as XML , and then it will open a folder for you , click on the file you wanna convert
@@creative_design96 I have the same issue. When I have the shader material applied the textures disapear then in the RPF explorer I can see collisions but not the prop.

should import a reference stock gta prop for scaling the model so it isn’t huge or too small

Did you enable the textures in blender
