I understand once you land in the US, it can take up to 90 days to receive the green card. But what's the current processing time. I came to California on CR1 visa on June 16. When I check the status online, it says payment received but nothing about card production or shipping? I'm trying to get an understanding whats the approximate time frame everyone's experiencing.

I applied for my child when I was a green card holder . She was 18yrs old . Case Was approved when she was 20yrs and now doumentarily qualified at NVC . Been waiting for over a year for interview date and now she is 21 . I just became a citizen . Will upgrading my case at NVC help expedite and does her turning 21 affect case filed as a child ?
I tried to change my address online like this video did, but I received "You cannot change your address online at this time for this case. For assistance,...... " Do i have to file in paperwork?
I made a comment two weeks ago like do we have to notify uscis about address change if we don’t have active case
You said yes … till we become us citizen
Now on start of this vedio you say we can only change if we have active case
Bit confuse mam.
You can try to change your address online but they may say “case closed” therefore you’d have to use a different form AR-11 to change it. Yes, you must always notify them until you become a citizen.
Or you may have to contact USCIS customer line

Should i prepare two chequecs one for Form I-485 and put $1440.00 then another chequec for Form I-765 and put $260? Or I should just sum up the money and put the total of $1,700. On one check before submitting my package? I saw someone comment saying their case was sent back because of the wrong fee so please let me know which one is the right method
There is an exception for sponsors that filed form affidavit of support. They have to file form I-865. Do you know how to submit the form? should we mail it or upload it online through sponsor or immigrant accounts. We mailed concurrent and both have online accounts. Thank you

After I submit it doesn't show anything in "View my Submissions" page. No notification either. Should i just file physically?

@@netsanetalmaw Not quite sure but after chatting with "Emma" (USCIS AI) about the same issue, this was the answer that I got: "Please allow 15 days from the date that you completed your Change of Address online to receive notification from USCIS that the address has been updated"
If I don't have a pending process with USCIS then how can I change my address
@@alexantony7058 you can still try doing it online but from what I’ve seen people never get a confirmation message
@KseniyaInternational I didn't got a confirmation nor it got listed in the submission list. Does that mean the address got updated
I have to do for my wife and kid as well. So should I create a separate account for my wife and kid

Hello. Next month I'm sending my form I-751 with my spouse (he's a US citizen). I have been trying to change our address online (we both have accounts) but everytime we try to change it it says: APPLICATION SUBMITTED. Then when we go to the Change of Adress Submissions, nothing shows up. We don't have any pending cases with the USCIS.
Is there a way to check what is my current address with USCIS? Thank you
@@rechinik in your account in the “profile” it should say what your current address is. Let me know if it still shows your old address.
@@KseniyaInternational When I click "My account" tab, it never shows "profile",, only: Home, Inbox, Settings, Add a case to your account, file a form online, pay a fee online, enter a representative passcode, verify your identity, reschedule biometrics, change your address and sign out.

@@KseniyaInternational Yes, when I filed my initial forms I-130 and I-485 I tracked them online. I tried to change the address online in the past and just now, after reloading the page several times, it shows the change of address submissions. One was in December 2024 and recently in July 2024. Now it shows two submissions, both as "submitted". I closed the webpage, reopened and again it shows "you currently have no submissions". This is what it always showed me and that's why I submited again the address change. Now I'm worried....
@@rechinik that’s really strange, I’m guessing it’s because you don’t have any current cases. Try chatting with a USCIS live agent and confirming it that way

@@KseniyaInternational I changed the address. But in case history it doesn’t show up as Address Changed. But In my profile I see my new address. Is this happen since I changed the soon??
