So Mexican and Salvadorian boy here! Chola aesthetics and makeup are from a very specific subculture in Mexican culture called Chicano culture which consists of Mexican-American men and women. Monster Ball is such a good line!! Like At first I mainly just liked Clawdeen, but now I love all of them. The original pictures we got of Monster Ball Lagoona were so bad they didn't do her any justice, but she's actually really really good. Like I'd go as far as saying this is the best G3 Lagoona so far. Dawn of the Dance is one of my favorite 1G lines along with Sweet 1600 and I honestly think these dolls are on par with both. I really wish Frankie was a part of the mainline, but I'm hopeful for their playset's doll.

I love g3 Lagoona in general but this one's my favorite so far! Love the bi-shadow. And I've always like the dress because it reminds me of some kind of traditional Latin American dress, but I can't think of which. Anyway she's gorgeous 🥺

Call me cray but i kinda like G3 more...I like the colours and the fun makeup on Lagoona, with G1 I feel overwelmed with how much blue- the make up, the dress, all on a blue doll. G3 while yeah feels a tiny bit busy, I just prefer it overall

Can’t wait to get Clawdeen, Cleo & Draculaura but I have a feeling Lagoona ended up being my fav in these 4 which is a fun surprise cause based on stock images she was originally my least fav. 🖤🖤🖤 going to target tomorrow in hopes of finding monster high Fearidescent series 2 hoping to find Frankie but also Draculaura & Clawdeen 🤞🤞🤞sadly I do have Lagoona already and I think she might be my least fav in that line of 5. I guess I was due to have a least fav of her. It’s def happened with Frankie and quite a bit for Clawdeen. But I love Fearidescent Cleo I got. 👍👍👍

G3 Lagoona isn't my favourite but I love ❤ monster ball Lagoona. Unfortunately these haven't shown up in the UK nor has the creep over dolls. But we Abby and Clawd and also the first skulltimate secrets dolls so yeah weird 😅.

Honestly where's the Prom doll that represnts my experience? Sitting on my ass playing video games at home because dancing is awful and crowds of people I can barley stand stresses/pisses me off.
Edit: Also hit me that as a trans girl who haddn't worked herself out yet, being stuck in shitty formal wear while all the girls are dressed up would also suck.
