Weberson Loureiro Definitely used. Another variation. It literally means how are you. كيف حالك translates to “how is your situation or condition” etc. To me a touch more formal.

Weberson Loureiro hmm hard to say. Think of it as a local variation or even personal preference. All acceptable and used.
