Thank you for posting this Adam! Guilty or innocent, all of us have rights and theirs seemed to have been violated…which this settlement now appears to agree with. I am glad your attorney connection told you they deserve an appeal as well, as there is a lot of opinions on this family (from both sides). Look at their sentences - it always seemed to me they were going after them to shut them up after they started vocalizing what was happening with the GA Dept of Revenue. I have read many of the court documents, and listened to a other YT lawyers that also agreed there are too many questions on this one. 🙏 Praying for this family to get some comfort from this win. You don’t have to like (or even respect) the family, but we should want better for the American people than the abuse of power and corruption this case clearly is showing.

I disagree. They did the crime, they should do the time. Why have laws if we allow people to break them based on their popularity. They need to do the time like other non-famous and non-entitled people have to do.

You do understand that they were found Guilty in Federal Court in GA not a Georgia State Court? These are entirely two different Court Systems and have two entirely different laws. This when against the State of Georgia employee has nothing to do with them being found guilty of their crimes in Federal Court.

This settlement was awarded through the misconduct of Georgia state officials. The Chrisley’s are in prison on federal charges and felony crimes. They’re completely separate. It’s possible that this win could hasten and facilitate a new trial. They have claimed their accountant was the one who broke federal laws and did so by forging their names. I have a problem with that. I think the Chrisley’s were equally involved in this corruption in addition with their accountant. Now they may get a lesser sentence. Or the case could get thrown out and a mistrial declared. Those documents were signed by the Chrisley’s. A handwriting expert has stated this. We will see. If an injustice was done I hope it’s overturned.

I have signed several documents my husband put before me without looking at them.
In our marriage, business is his to tend to.
I’m taking care of my family and doing charity work for children services.
I’ve learned since all of these cases have arisen,
I was not being very smart
However, I must confess I probably wouldn’t understand them any way. 🤷‍♀️

I don’t interrogate him as to where the money came from.

Now this family is getting out of jail ASAP and guess what the court system has already made this family Rich as Hell. When looking @ the TV show called The Chrisley this family was Terrified of jail and breaking the law. People do you All believe that this family was in Bank Fraud because once again this family is Alway's telling their children don't ever lie because lying will get you into jail. I'm so excited and happy for this entire family because I have Never Ever missed a show. I am just speaking on my behalf and I think other will agree with me @ 💯.
