Thanks, not sure how I found this but after years of entire body pain I'm starting to realize it' something to do with this and not lack of chiropractor, massage, etc.

Very good science based video, I was a bit worried with the title.
Another rather common reason that could make some foods cause chronic and even acute pain is gout that is also triggered by certain foods

You don't know how much this info has helped made the unknown known to me. Thank you so much! I hope you can continue, i honestly wished this video was 30mins long I feel like you just scratched the surface of everything you've brought up so far. My Question: I have a very restricted diet due to a health condition, so my whole food intake to get nutrition is pretty bad. My doctor has told me to rely on supplements to help, but I have no clue how to even approach that problem. Can we possibly get all the nutrients we need from supplements, if we have a very restricted diet? Will getting these nutrients through supplements help at all with fatigue, and reducing inflammation etc?

Thank you so much for your comment and question! I'm so glad you liked the video. I would love to do a more in depth video and if this is something that people want I will do it.
Supplements are a great way of adding in nutrients if your diet is restricted. In fact it is very difficult to get the required nutrients in even if the diet is "perfect", so most people need to supplement anyway.
If you take a good quality multivitamin then this could potentially really help with fatigue and inflammation. Other supplements may be useful too but a multivitamin is a good place to start.
I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

Omega 6 is unhealthy!! I thought 3,6 & 9 were supposed to be supplemented? Gosh it's hard to know where to start sometimes. Thanks for the video.

It may just be me, but anyone who feels the need to use hand gestures for every word coming out of their mouth seems untrustworthy. It's acting as if your don't believe your own words alone are convincing, so you must use hand gestures to suggest increased seriousness. Its just hard to watch with your hands constantly waving around. Also, it just seems weird. I can't imagine sitting in a room for 5 minutes with someone talking to me with non-stop hand movements.

How could you be so absolutely rude to this man? He’s helping people. What have you done to help others today?
Perhaps you need more fiber in your diet. Keep such things to yourself.

You should probably look into treatment for OCD...or stay away from YT videos.
