This video is about "SPECTACULARLY BEAUTIFUL AL KHASAB, MUSANDAM, OMAN : ROADTRIP FROM ABU DHABI TO KHASAB".

We were on a short 2 days weekend trip to Al khasab, Musandam, Oman.
Khasab is a very interesting place, it’s part of Musandam, Oman.Musandam is not actually attached to the main body of the country and hence is known as the Musandam peninsula.
Musandam is around four hour drive from Abu Dhabi and about an hour less than that from Dubai.
UAE AND OMAN BORDER CROSSING :
It’s not a difficult border crossing.UAE residents will have to present car insurance and registration as well as passports to get your exit stamp.It cost us Dhs33 per person to leave UAE.
In Oman side, you will have to fill out a customs entry card for each person, show all the documentation again and pay 5 Omani Rials/Dhs 50 per person for your entry visas. Now you are done with Visa stamping and you can go!
The scenic coastal road we drove is amazing and stunning.
The beautiful landscape to pass through with the beach, blue waters on one side and the incredible mountains on the other.
It is one of the most beautiful road we traveled in the world so far.
We reached hotel, after checking- in, we had our lunch in one Restaurant. The food was delicious.

I have few queries. Can you please answer those.
1. We will b travelling to UAE with UAE tourist visa. And from there Musandam. Can we get the Oman visa on the same travel date?? Or we need to apply it online before hand??
2. The Oman visa you get, that is valid for how many days??
3. The dhow ride u can arrange after reaching Khasab or you booked it online before hand??

Please apply online well before visiting this place. In my knowledge uae visit visa may not help you visiting Oman.
Dhaw boat can be booked there itself. No need to pre-book. But if you are going on winter. It's a bit crowded. You can book before. I visited in September, so it was not at all crowded.

Brother, I have normal car insurance, that is for UAE only, would it work or not, or I have to have some extra insurance ?
I had gcc insurance bro. So we had no problem. Let me ask my friend..
One of my friend said, if you have Oman covered in your insurance, then you have to get a separate copy normally orange or yellow in colour covering Oman. Mine is orange coloured paper. Alternatively you can pay 90 aed at the border and purchase the same. My friend purchased at the border.
