Do you mean inverter? The machine is of 2000W and it might be possible that inverter wattage is less than the machine.

U pagal…. Home inverter can’t handle that much of 2000 wattage 😅power..never try to run heavy wattage appliances on inverter. U can only operate tv mobile charger tube light led lights fans etcetera which is less than 100 watt.

That's really sad, try contacting customer care as the product has a 2 year warranty.
