I really hate the whole the youngest is always spoiled. My older sister is the one who is spoiled she gets everything even though she completely disrespects my parents and my grandparents. They buy her houses and cars, pay her bills, and take her on expensive shopping trips. While when my car got wrecked and I just needed to borrow a car to go to class and work until I could get me a new 1, I was told no, I would just wreck it. Even though the wreck wasn't my fault and my sister destroys all of her cars and her houses just to get new ones.

It’s not good parenting. It’s more like neglecting the needs of your second child because they’re a second child. If the first child is able to get new clothes and new UNDERWEAR that are their own. So should the other child. If this is about “saving” money then no child should be getting anything. My parents were not rich and needed to save money too, but they never disregarded the things my younger sister wanted and needed like her own hygiene products or clothing, especially under garments.

For me it's the opposite. I'm the oldest but I'm the skinniest person in my entire family so I get everyone else's hand me downs because they can't fit mine yet all of there's kinda fit me. So most of my cloths would be baggy until I complained enough to pick our my own clothes.
I got hand me downs from my cousins because my older sisters clothes never fit me. They are 2 sizes too big on me. But now unless my cousins have more hand me downs I'm the oldest at the house and I get all the new clothes. All of us kids get new clothes, but we sometimes get hand me downs. I’m wayy older than my siblings (I’m an adult and they’re in preschool and early elementary school) so I’m happy that they don’t have to deal with getting my clothes passed down. The two in the middle are boys and are the same size in everything so they both get new clothes all of the time, and the youngest is a toddler so she will never get their hand-me-downs. It’ll be years before she fits into their old clothes.

I was patient and happy to wait but when we were able to afford it again, I was told no and that I missed my window. When I tried justifying that I was waiting until I was told it was ok after a tree fell on our house, my mom said I should’ve ordered the clothes before and I wasn’t going to get them now because I waited to long. There are a number of reasons why I don’t stay with my mom anymore and while this instance isn’t one of them, her ungratefulness towards everything I do for her, is.
