It's got the bling factor. If you're spending that much in a place like Bahrain, you might as well get a large custom mansion at this price. Nobody's paying Dubai/Hong Kong-level prices for these penthouses or apartments.
agreed, bahrain doesn't hit the same as dubai and qatar when it comes to luxury. But, I think it's better to live in than dubai if you're a remote entrepreneur or something. This is coming from someone who's lived in both countries

300 k max because of the huge space, balconies all around, and prime location. Your friend literally said in the beginning of the video that the cost of the land is really high to kind of justify the Incomprehensible price, that was a👎move. We also know how long they struggled with this project. Nothing mind blowing, all a little above average furniture and facilities of what you see in other luxury towers. Anyways good luck for them, and good job on the video 👍
