You didnt set the float level, and did you know the main nozzles fir the front carbs are different than the rear? Alsi main jets are different. Slide needles are different, as are the length of slide springs. You will be lucky if thats even rideable when youre done. What else would a person expect after seeing that bench.
The caps have a dimple at one screw hole that needs to line up with the hole on the carb body.
