The DLC would be great but all the bugs and the 3 robberies a week are just major put offs.

Personally I think this DLC was actually pretty good, but it was the inconsistency of quality in mainly the vehicles that brings it down for me, like lots of vehicles not having interior color options, and having forced parts and less part option seperation, as well as other quality issues, other than that though I can say I'm pretty content with what we got.
What did you expect?
It's 10 year old game.
Wont keep same terrible quality for next 10 years.
When GTA 6 comes out you'll find the quality inside vehicles to be on TD Unlimited Solar Crown level then look at this game saying "Wow, all interiors look atrocious..."

*The Good:*
- players can now own cop cars, hinting that Cops and Crooks may be back on the table for a future update, or even GTA 6.
- a new property to generate passive income from
- the fact that robberies can be executed without requiring a lobby/contact mission to launch
*The Bad:*
- the ridiculously high price for Scrap Yard properties
- the limit of only being able to execute 3 car robberies per week
*The Ugly:*
- the ridiculously high prices for cop cars, because Rockstar knows how badly players want to own them
There is another 2 more dripfeed vehicle robbery missions. In my opinion, I think we have to wait and see whether is it going to be 5 robbery per week or is it going to be the same as last time, 3 per week

@@Boxoen The thing that makes me very worried is that maybe one day, Rockstar will lock the GTA 6 Online version behind the GTA + paywall
I feel they had 2 experienced people working on the heists while they had their interns work on the rest lol The Contract was their last best since that probably was the last time they had a full experienced crew on an update (not to mention the advertising expenses). I feel we’re gonna get a Criminal Enterprise redux this summer to fix all the bugs they’ve created.
And guaranteed it would only create more bugs that are even dumber than the ones that already exist.
I have a feeling a new godmode glitch is around the corner. At some point the godmode Khanjali returned and now plagues freemode again.
Overall, not a money maker, not a lot of good cars - rather some very basic and reprinted lame cars, no real interaction between drift activities and tow truck business - like no upgrades to unlock or even towing the drift cars in order to get unlocks or upgrades, weapon sucks, no flying or boats.. At least they reused the Arena War for a heist event that was pretty fun. Overall, a weak DLC for Xmas.
They should make the robbery missions have a 48 minute cooldown after all three are done
Whats funny about the Asterope GZ is that it has suspension options in the files but they haven't be enabled on the server. So I do hope they can do a hotfix soon
Knowing them they won’t update it until the Summer dlc. Even then I doubt they’ll add it in lol. Just like that one time where the Stirling GT had a bug on one of the liveries that basically made the windows bulletproof. Took them until the next update to fix it.

By the way, when you buy one of the police cars, because you can only modify them in properties you own, you can't sell them. They are the first ever well and true permanent personal vehicles.
Edit: I have been told that you CAN indeed sell them at the Arena War Workshop, Avenger Workshop & MOC Workshop.

@@andoy_Those are more like specialized vehicles, similar to the Yacht & Pegasus vehicles which cannot be sold either.
Um... Declasse Lifeguard? Anyone? Because I can't sell that thing too (probably because it's a stolen one)
I sold mine for like 2 mill a few days ago because I got bored of it and wanted a lump sum of my money back. I sold it just like a normal car in my arena.

There’s also two more glitches with the stanier le when you take the lightbar completely off the reflections for the lights don’t show up in the front, and the single raised spotlight doesn’t work
[Edit] I just double checked the spotlight does work but it’s very dim, and when you look to the right/left it’s even worse when I got out of my avenger and checked the spotlight again the light isn’t even fully in the spotlight but it does work so that’s really cool!!

Coming from mercenaries, this is great. I remember looking towards the next dlc after mercenaries, within like 3 days of it dropping. This one makes me want to grind a bit

as a casual player i guess the 3 vehicle robberies per week will give me something to look forward to on thursdays so I can do those and not play much the rest of the week. i know the game is super late in its life but i would love one more solo heist comparable to cayo perico
My favorite part would probably be the dripfeed 96 impala, it's my dream car irl and I'm actually pretty excited
I was really happy with the 80s impala as well, the 90s impala would be perfect if they have it Imani enabled
The fact that we are saying this is the best update in 2 years shows how low the bar is that Rockstar has set. These quality of life changes were long overdue, they continue to ignore what their audience wants, make updates only available for a certain group of players, and continuously push out these half-*** updates. GTA VI is going to be a let down, mark my words.

The business is terrible. Only being able to play one of each heist each week ruins it completely, it would take you months to make back the money you spent on the business

The AI in this update is insane, I've been rapid fired more times in the last week than I have in the last 6 years
Also has anyone had clothing glitch out since the update? My character is wearing the trevor anniversary outfit but the lovefist logo on the tank top disappeared for some reason so it's just blank now
Surprised Cayo didn't get the week cooldown instead, considering how often it gets nerfed.
The cool down makes the old vehicle cargo still better. Very little cool down.

Honestly, I think it’s a solid update. It’s better than Mercenaries and Drug Wars. My only and biggest issue is the one week cooldown. That’s just stupid and insane. But overall, it’s solid.
Agreed I think it should be like a 24h-48h cooldown. One week is a bit too much imo.
I’ll be honest I love it over the last 2 DLCs we’ve gotten and the car selection isn’t as bad. Are most selections random? Yes, but editions like the G35 are most certainly welcomed. But the Camaro being convertible was so unnecessary and the new Mustang is near perfect except it’s again a convertible. Here’s hoping the Summer DLC is something like this one content wise.
Vehicle Robbery Payouts should’ve been around $500,000 if they were only going to allow 3 jobs per week but that’s just me

That Left front headlight for Aleutian, it has a glass missing and that side quarter window for Vigero ZX convertible, it just didn’t go down when it’s topping it down, I see, it has it broken.
I’m having an issue with the plate creator where it won’t let me order a plate and it doesn’t let me choose the more recent cars that I’ve actually driven.
They really need to fix the issue with lifts in the salvage yard/Auto Shop.
When a car is done being salvaged on the 2nd lift, it deletes the car on the 2nd lift at your auto shop as well.
I just got screwed out of a Nebula Turbo
It's a good dlc. Literally, anything would be better than mercenaries, lol. I wouldn't rate it a ten out of ten because of the three robberies a week.
The dlc at least is good. What I don't like is the strange selection of cars, the weekly missions, the exaggerated amount of bugs and errors both in the cars and the game itself.
It feels pretty clear the devs were especially hard crunch this DLC. Possibly to catch up with GTA VI announcement and 25th anniversary? Who knows for sure, but with the sheer amount of content in this one, it feels like they were super rushed. Still better than the last two in terms of content

Not particularly related to the DLC however adding animals to online only on “next gen” and leaving out PC is a concerning and infuriating new trend.
i really enjoyed playing the missions from this dlc so it really is a shame it has a weekly cooldown
If you want to replay the missions get a second character
You can use the telescope glitch to wear a hat or mask with the coast guard outfit incase anyone was wondering.
That plate patch is only temporary until the find the source of the problem and fix it. Not even worth mentioning.

The DLC is decent don’t get me wrong but the bugs are beyond annoying asf

The business cooldown is pretty disappointing tbh and the cars were alright just wished we had a hardtop mustang but I love the drift modification and new drift races so for me it would be an 8/10 for me
even with will al the bugs it's still better than SA dlc in june.
How come nobody notice that the sea sparrow during the cargo heist is weaponized ?
We have police cars, but we still can't have the uniforms?
The Chop Shop hasn't even paid me back my money I spent on it. I spent $5.4M on it a week ago and as of now. I've barely made more than $1M. I play everyday and I've made very little money from the Chop Shop. It's not worth it
Vehicle Warehouse:
- 1 High End Vehicle (20 Minute Cooldown) 80K Profit
Scrapyard:
- Daily payout (48 Minute Cooldown) 300 - 24K Profit
- 2 Towed Cars (48 Minute Cooldown) 60K - 80K Profit
- 3 Stolen Cars (1 Week Cooldown) 900K - 1M Profit

Hm, they shouldve added a smaller tow truck or even let us use the dam flatbed. And seems like they couldve made the covertibles customize options versus 2 of the same dam cars
This dlc will go down in history very cool one …. Hate it or love it
There's a few things you left out, like for instance, everything is so damn expansive, the tow truck missions while fun do get repetitive after awhile, the fact that everything feels copy/pasted in this is a joke. And for old gen they finally added in the copy car thing to LSCM which should've been in the tuners DLC for everyone on day one for both current and old gen consoles. If you think about it the fact that they finally added that in 2 DLCs later is a slap in the face to old gen players.

Only pet peeves is the Cavalcade XL isn’t in-fact XL, and the Camaro and Jeep glass issues, the Expedition with the missing passenger light isn’t too bad, but still wish it was the extended version, i like my Long bus style SUVs
If anyone thinks the police cars are backported from gta 6, take a good hard look at the blaine county police cruiser then come back to me. Police Gauntlet is just the Gauntlet Hellfire with police decals and bullbar/light options. think most of these cars in this dlc were supposed to be released with the cancelled cops n crooks dlc. 4 police vehicles, 2 eras of impala, its pretty obvious to me. Also, the Greenwood was confirmed to be a part of that content
Edit: Also just came to realize the unmarked stanier has been in the game since day 1 in single player, and a very long time in online as part of radiant quests, the doors were locked and you couldnt steal and drive them
He literally forgot about how much money you can make back from the tow truck and the passive income that comes along with the tow truck missions. Let me explain, if you try to maximize your income with the tow truck missions like filling up the only 2 car lifts in the salvage yard, per car salvaged gives you around 30k to 60k, but if you are lucky and you get both high end cars to salvage, for both cars you are getting around 60k each so that is 120k. And for each tow truck mission you do, it will increase your passive income by 7.2k per salvage car which is like 2.5k more than what you get from the arcade wall safe passive income.
Yes, but it's nowhere near as good as most other businesses.
Also, they not pay 60k if you have GTA+. Other wise it sells for like 45k

We'll be able to keep robbery target cars at some point, just like Yusuf mentioned it, but its just not a feature yet. So in theory we'll be able to get 3 cars for 'free' every week for doing 30-40 minutes robberies each. Some cars on the datamined target car list are worth above 2M GTA$ so imagine getting some of the best supercars for a single cayo worth of time that otherwise would require 2 cayos worth of money. That's why we need to deal with this 3 cars / game week system. R* doesn't want us to acquire dozens of cars for almost free on a single game week. :)
1:44 no HSW which i really wanted to test this car out if this car had HSW then it should reach an INSANE topspeed of at least 170 mphs sustained!
At this point it say if you really wanna play gta online just buy the shark cards grinding in this game for like working a 9-5

Idk if anyone has this problem with the contract dlc when you do the finale for the south central one when you get to the garage with the low rider does it freeze for anyone or is it just me I did it like 5 times and every time it freezes

I would personally rate this DLC lower. Maybe a 4. Lots of cars but only a few are good. Lots of bugs. New business has awful limitations. New weapon sucks. Still lots of unaddressed bugs. To me this DLC feels a bit lazy compared to the older DLCs we've had
Pissed that the Drift Tune would make the interior of your car looks ass/broken with the Jester RR
I dislike the fact that they took “the easy way out” out of the interaction menu and put it into the online options tab in the pause menu

I think this update is 110% wasted potential.
A new weapon that costs WAYYY too fucking much for how useless it is in pvp where the Combat MG MK2 still dominates.
New cars that have cosmetic issues and entire parts just straight up missing (Vapid Aleutian as an example). Cars also just straight up missing customization options (suspension being one of many).
For what I expected this update is content starved. Instead of getting cars we want we get more old hag cars that will just fall into the pit of unused and unwanted cars OR we get a slap in the face from Rockstar getting a car we do want, but not at all close to the year we wanted.
More overpriced and not worth it bullshit in the long run, the entirety of the new business is not worth it's cost and lack of money you make given the week long cooldown.
Circling back to the car content, we get a Dodge Challenger pursuit car but we don't get the FIB/LSPD Buffalo which already exists in game??? What the fuck is the logic there???
This update, like always with Rockstar, has added new bugs to past content because Rockstar can't do anything but just straight up copy and pasting shit without putting even half a braincell of thought into it.
This game would've been better off without this update. Somehow after 10 years Rockstar Games has successfully failed to learn how to make an update without making rookie fuck-ups or bringing back bugs they fixed in the past. 0/10
The only good thing for me was the drifting and the drift races but everything else is meh besides the cop cars
No need to rush into this, because you definitely still need a good long break; but will you start back up the Movie/TV Show series again, or is it on pause?
The Karin Asterope was a let down I thought it was a HSW vehicle….I give this dlc a 6.5/10

There should be no cool down on anything, the people that buy shark cards do so because they either can't or don't want to grind, so they buy shark cards... grinders will never buy shark cards, so it wouldn't matter if there was no cool down...

I really like this DLC because it's nice and simple. I love the mini heist we get to do and better yet I get %100 of the cut. None of this give %70 to a dude who talked on the phone the whole time. As always tho Rockstar will never give their full effort in making sure their DLC is perfect.
