Dude. These New Machines look way sicker than the Big Name Excavators with the big name Engines. Killer Branding and obviously the factory is getting their shit together. And literally Half the price. No Brainer.
@@groundhogequipment That was my biggest dislike when trying out the zh70. im tall and its hard to rest my foot on the pedal the entire time. Just uncomfortable to me.
@@groundhogequipment I am looking for a 4.5-to-5.5-ton excavator and a trailer to tow it with. New or used with less than 2500 hours on it. I do take pride in the appearance of my equipment, but decals are not my focus. A big machine digs more dirt in less time. I want to do work around 2 of my residential properties. One project is a nuclear war fallout/ bomb shelter, so secrecy is a primary concern. Does Ground Hog have anything in this size. I am thinking I will put about 500 hours on the machine and then put it up for sale when I am done. I wonder what the price drop might be on a Chinese excavator with that many hours.
Just curious if you guys have had many request for Angle Blade on any of the 30's or 40's. Seems like that would put these machines over-the-lean for the market with comparisons to like the Kubota's KX33-AB's and U35-AB's, KX40-AB and Yanmar's 3-Ton & 4-Ton Series in the same types of hp and weight range and so forth. Just wondering, as I also noticed that another upgraded Chinese Excavator Brand in Oklahoma also does do not have the Angle Blades as an option, nor have I seen any on those machines to my knowledge with any Angle Blades. Both of you guys have great varying options on your machines (I am in no fashion downing neither one of you guys on any part of your machine selections), but also I am in that range of considering that some folks are looking for that dead-on comparison to that Angle Blade versatility for the utilization in those same size ranges of machines. Is it possible for an Angle Blade option on the 25's, 30's or 40's Series machines? Just curious..
2200 lbs is max lift, tipping weight is 5000 lbs, Our dealers may have some available, if not they can place a preorder for delivery in about 10-12 weeks
one year powertrain warranty items consist of the engine, both drive motors, hydraulic pump, swing motor, and central pivot valve body. Warranty does not cover wear items such as lines, cylinders, tracks, pins, blades, seat, undercarriage, etc. We'd be here for warranty parts support, currently our closest dealer to you is in Thrall, Texas.
None in stock at headquarters, you can reach out to our dealers groundhogequipment.com/dealers/ the ecm is very basic, its an lcd screen with fluid levels and hours
When you say you put your "Groundhog spin" on these units, are you guys still welding extra gussets, replacing cheap components, etc? Or are your customers paying extra money just for the decals and phone support?
We work with our suppliers to ensure quality and all our units have double gusset booms, reinforced blades with curl protection, and ensure brand name pumps and drives are used.
I'm absolutely amazed that people are paying this kind of money for chinese crap. With only a 1 year warranty. And you get the privilege of changing the parts out yourself. I guess the old addage of a sucker is born everyday is still alive and well.
We don't think of it that way. We work with our partners to bring a stronger machine to the US market with a warranty, US based support and we keep almost all parts in stock. We're also here to support the chinese excavators owners as well with parts, attachments, and service.
When will the Vid of the BH70 vs ZH70 be out. Im currently looking at buying one in Florala and would like to see a comparison VID FIRST.

Can the 40 run a Prinoth mulcher head? Their small one or the 450?
M350e would be for that size machine
Can you get a real skidsteer that can match with a typical midsized unit?
We are working on it, we're just ready to offer any yet.
Decals are why I buy machines!
wouldn't recommend judging any book by it's cover
