    I did this with my sister a few days ago for an old house that we own. Corded leaf blower which doesn't give you more power, a plastic scoop device and a brush. We also removed moss on one of the roofs. There was a van with ladders doing a couple of homes that we could see and we watched them for a few minutes and they also watched us for a few minutes. What's not factored here is the cost of equipment, insurance, and potential loss of income due to injury.

    You make it look so easy. I climb on the ladder, get up on the roof, and sit, paralyzed with fear. I did get one-half of the gutter in the back of the house done. But I was not moving on that roof.

    How do u sell people on giving your the job meaning if u knock doors , do you tell them “its important to clean ur gutters “? I was thinking of starting this and door knocking but im trying to find the right approach because in my mind im like “who cares about cleaning their gutters? Especially when it costs them like $200”

      Not even. I’d be around 275-300 for it by the looks of the house. There is good money in gutter cleaning because it’s risky to be in the roof. Your selling the fact that you are taking the risk of falling and the owner doesn’t have to worry about possibly getting hurt.

    • @lifehacksformen8427
      @lifehacksformen8427 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not even close if your running a successful fully licensed business. I would also be around 275 to 300 plus tax depending on distance.

      Ok and how much do you think the medical bill will be for a person falling from a roof top? The cost is the risk not all about the service.
