Prescriptives (RIP) used to have a water powder called "Magic Powder" that I used religiously over 20 years ago. I've never found anything like it since. This could be the answer to my dry face dreams!

As a homeowner, just buy what you like and don't settle (unless it minor things you can fix). I pray you have an awesome realtor, who will point things out to you. As an engineer, I know you know to make sure the house has a sturdy foundation , whether it's older or a new build. It's the things behind the walls that you don't see that can cause a dent in your pocket, after purchase. Ask for any disclosures on the house, you will be surprised what ppl don't want to tell you. Again good luck and thank you for these chopping block videos.

The new MakeupForever Glow foundation is actually nice on combo skin. If you set it with a matte or even satin finish setting powder it just shows a soft glow(lite within vibes) it’s also super long lasting mines last a full day and I was oily/sweaty
Trendmood also does not feature huda beauty and about-face and a few more brands because of their pro Palestine stances so if you only get your information from them you will miss a lot of beauty launches just sayin
I actually love the Daness Myricks water powder serum the moisture balm I’m still testing out. I have oily skin and I use the Juvias place radiance booster daily as a complexion product and I love it. The spray gives a gorgeous glow as well
That Tarte lip vinyl was right in front of me when I walked into Sephora yesterday so...I bought the color Apple. lol I really do love these clicky things, I have a few and will add a few. They are just so handy.

Sis … please try the MUF foundation . It’s not oily . It’s very nice . Also try the Maybelline Skin tint with vitamin C (it’s not new) it’s very nice, very similar but amazing
I've heard great things about that foundation that it makes me wanna try it in the future! I use Maybelline foundation.. even though I don't like promoting them, is my now go to foundation for now.. I use to use Lo'real Tru match but I think they either changed the formula or my skin just got more drier over the years because it doesn't sit well on the skin like it use to!
I am oily and I tried the Makeup forver and it was really nice and water like, I find that MUFE usually has great formulas that look very natural and somehow work with my oily skin but finding the right shade its a challenge because because the range its big.
Not that you have to buy it, but the Laneige works better as an occlusive top layer over lip balm. I have dry lips and am very picky, Laneige was an excellent night mask over my regular lip balm. Usually I use Vaseline for that and Laneige did better.
Love this series Tina. Ole Henriksen Find Your Balance Oil control cleanser for oily skin is my hg. Cleans makeup off thoroughly without stripping. I have big lips. Can’t wait to try his lip balm. My Sephora manager met him says his name pronounced Ooh La. Agree with your thoughts on Laneige lip. I have a lot of them not very moisturizing. but love Fresh Sugar Coconut and Watermelon pots better and Tatcha Japanese lip Jelly pot the best. Any with petrolatum products will dry lips out. Happy trails!
Dior also came out with similar product as that of Mufe, Danessa and Juviasplace... I think that's the trend this coming summer, complexion products that glows without the glitters..
I'm so sad. The water powder serum doesn't mattify me as much as her balm powder. I am super oily tho. It may have never had a chance lol. It does sit nice on the skin, but it just doesn't keep my oils at bay.

The Natasha Denona palette.... I'm over universal palettes, clean beauty, and anything that excludes the majority of skin tones. At least give us multiple options to mix and match for the blush/bronzer/contour shades.
