If you missed the Turkoman on the mission, check the Blood Bay Thoroughbred race class. It's an uncommon spawn in the horse herds North of Dewberry creek at the creek or along the South slopes up from the creek. May take a save and a few reloads to get it to pop in a herd. It looks a lot like the Turkoman. It can be found in other locations, but this is where I always look for it.
