Thank you Kurt ! Very happy to get back to 405 again . The hip is slowly getting better however it’s still tender at the injury point and if I would hv tried 405 for a double or triple today which was tempting I could hv easily re injured it , I’m trying to learn from my mistake 😅
@@babygiantbarbell1014thank my younger but bigger and leaner brother 😅 it looks like moving forward I’m gonna hv to squat with elevated heels at least for a while to keep from getting hurt again . The elevated heels are much harder for me so it’s gonna take some time . Happy to get back to 405 tho
