Any attempts to tell people what you want, to draw boundaries, call out disrespectful behvior were faced with violence and criticisms even with the women in my life. This made me lose my voice, suppressed my anger and aggression, fear them even. Now I am trying to heal all of this! I am going to binge watch your vids ❤❤❤
