Three minutes of uninterrupted bliss! What could be more blissful than the gently crashing waves of Poipu Beach, Kauai accompanied with the gentle song "I Am Hawaii."
@joonox25 Thanks for the response. I found a site where I can buy the CD album. We'll be in Hawaii from July 18 through August 4 celebrating our delayed "25th" and will visit the four main islands. We were married in Hawaii and honeymooned the islands, and of course have been back a few times. I enjoy the real Hawaiian music, but not the Island Reggae I hear on the radio when I visit Hawaii. Thanks again for you music and the information you provided. Wes
@agnespete Thank you very much for your comment. Yes, the words say it all: I am Hawaii I am forever I will always Be kind to you May gentle rain Wash your cares far out to sea Come you dreamers And dream with me I am Hawaii I am the flowers Whispering waters Enchanted hours Come you lovers Come to forever I am Hawaii I'll bring you love
@wesleyrahn It's from a 1999 album "Music of Hawai'i" by the artist Jack De Mello. The name of the tune is "I am Hawai'i" I bought my copy of the song from iTunes. I did not purchase the entire music CD. But I did find (via google) that you can get it from the website buy.com. (For some reason, TH-cam does not allow me to post the entire website address with the 3 w's.) I love the song!
@mvillsiao1 I'm so sorry for the late reply. I don't have a "downloadable" file/link to the music/song. I bought it from iTunes and used it as background in my video.
I first heard this exact song 25 years ago on a album performed by the Hawaiian Symphony. The album contents were introduced by Senator Inouye. I've been searching for a CD with the song and the entire album without any success. So, where did you get the song and is it from an album that is on a CD? Thanks for the song I really enjoyed it, Wes
the music with the sound of the waves feels like paradise and relaxing.
One of my first Hula songs - dance... Pohakea Elem. Sch, Ewa Beach...
