Credits to the original General Manager Russell E. Coggeshall (deceased) who built the (old) Waiohai to what it was known for ... Hawaiian hospitality and embracing employees. Each day a list of arriving/departing guests were provided the employees for them to memorize and they were expected to address all by name. His overall management style was second to none.
