The idea of the Rangers performing in a silly way works as a bit of a jab at the idea of PR being seen as a kiddy show
It IS a silly kid's show.
No yeah it definitely is, but super heroes in general are silly and ridiculous, it’s just for some reason PR is the one to get singled out as being just kiddie stuff.
This is actually a pretty solid idea, not going to lie. I like how it could be used to satirize PR as a whole as well as being just self-aware. Plus it also allows a lot of freedom by being a separate universe than the rest. Just shame that Hasbro isn't doing the adaptations anymore, I hope someone else picks up on doing them or at least we get more professional fan series using it.
I've got my own Toqger idea tied into Lightspeed Rescue, with the main Zords being the rebuilt Rail Rescue Zords, and the main characters would be lower ranking staff who are thrust into the role when the morphers are bonded to them as they attempt to stop demon warriors who are trying to free the others from Lightspeed Rescue from taking them. And I'd explain the flight with a new "Trainbow Rail" system, where the rainbows would be explained as hard light constructs of the rails forming in front of the trains.

Cool idea of who you adapt ToQger, which would've been adapting as a good season of PR, had it not be the whole stupid "super" season/season split nonsense.
Anyway, that's neither here or there, folks.
In my adaptation for the season, it would be called Power Rangers robots in disguise. This will be a Transformers crossover, based on the name. Also, this will mainly feature the human allies from transformers prime as the main three, with Miko being the pink ranger, Raff being the blue ranger, and Jack being the red ranger. Optimus prime would take the place of Boondario Boondaris, and I haven’t quite figured out what I’m gonna do with the villains yet. Probably just make them Megatron’s crew.
When I saw the first episode of this I thought maybe this could be adapted as a real sequel to RPM and it would show RPM Rangers 2.0 and it could be about these new ranges fighting against remnants of Venjix's army.
My idea is an RPM sequel and they are the RPM main five, so Scott is still red, Flynn is still blue, Summer would be pink, Ziggy would be orange and Dillon would still be black. And I would call it Power Rangers Nitro Racers.
Rose McIver is busy with Ghosts, Eka Darville has no real interest in coming back to Power Rangers, and I doubt the other three would be willing to fly out to Vancouver/Atlanta/wherever to film the season.

Love the stunt performers idea! Kinda reminds me of Captain America where he thought he'd be in the front lines after getting the super serum only to be relegated as a glorified mascot.
In that sense, what if it's based in post-RPM's world where Rangers are no longer needed hence they've been turned into entertainment. Could even set this decades into the future lol - Could also fit into the meta narrative where everyone treats RPM as the gold standard and would always compare these rangers to them. But yeah, I also acknowledge many would not be keen in connecting past rangers as it could negate the fresh start this series potentially could have, but it's fun to dream :p
Yeah, it does like Captain America: The First Avenger and it would've been interesting to see it happen.
Sounds similar to Tiger and Bunny where the heroes are part of TV show where they fight actual criminals. As well as Ninja Steel's Galaxy Warriors except on the heroes end. I would like to see more unique takes on a PR/Sentai team in terms of their set ups and relationships with the villains. So this is honestly a really cool idea.
In terms of Sentai adaptations, I have been brainstorming a lot more on Zenkaiger and Toqger adaptations and how I would handle those shows. As well as my own original PR shows that aren't tied to Sentai.
Idea for LupPat is just modernize the original Hexagon idea 😂
Honestly [for the most part] I like the idea. Oddly enough my take on it would also be set in a different universe [as part of a 5 PR series arc] I also like the idea of making 2 videos of how to adapt sentai, one before & after watching the series. It gives insight to how ideas can change over time. Also seeing what can be improved what can be taken out, etc. Anyway, looking forward to seeing your take on King Ohger, your 2nd take on Boonboomger & Toqger.
How i'll would adapt Boonboomger (naming it as Power Rangers Nitro Trailblazers);
An robot from another world named Turbon (Bundorio Bunderas) arrives to our world as he gives powers to three, later two, individuals to become a new team of Power Rangers by granting them the Nitron Morphers as they help defend the world from the otherworldly criminal organization know as the Accel Mafia, whom seek to gather energy from humanity for evil purposes, after they either conquered or destroy Turbon's home dimension.
Characters;
Red Ranger (Taiya Hando/Bun Red) - the de facto leader of the team, an idealistic and adventurous yet friendly, outgoing and sometimes naive young man who work at his parents' auto garage shop where he work to test out new cars as he was the one who found Turbon and help heal his wounds as he is made into becoming the Red Nitro Ranger where he help lead his team to victory, although he can be somewhat get stress when it coming with the responsibilities of being a Power Ranger on several occasions.
Blue Ranger (Ishito Meita/Bun Blue) - a vastly intelligent and analytical who often have a tendency of being both direct and brutally honest, which tend to get her in trouble, at times. As he end ups being reluctantly of being the Blue Ranger of the team as she often act both direct and brutally honest about her teammates' antics and some of the villains' plans on few several occasions. But, overtime, she would slowing to start glow respect to her teammates and being less direct and brutally honest about nearly most things. (And yes, i am gender-swapping Bun Blue as an female Blue Ranger, cause we rarely get female Blue Ranger anymore and... PR do with nearly Yellow Rangers before and recently with the Green Ranger in Dino Fury. So boom.)
Pink Ranger (Mira Shifuto/Bun Pink) - An highly energetic and hyperactive mechanic who work at the Red Ranger's garage shop who often help work on fixing cars with a wrench and also a fan of Power Rangers where she was very excitable of becoming a Power Ranger for the first time as she soon learn that there's a lot more of being a Power Ranger as she attempt to overcome those issues where she would often act as both the heart/glue and big sister of the team, despite being the youngest member of the group.
Black Ranger (Jou Akuse/Bun Black) - A idealistic yet near serious and sometimes clumsy rookie police officer who had a strong sense of justice, which often tend to get him in trouble with the law, at times, as, at first, would often tries to arrest the Rangers, initially believing them to be secret members of the Accel Mafia gaining the people's trust until he soon realize his mistake and than join the team as he often tries to act as the big brother-figure of the team, although he would often be see as the somewhat comic relief of the group, at times, on few several occasions due to his slightly clumsy nature.
Orange Ranger (Genba Bureki/Bun Orange) - An young construction worker who feel that he should have move to offer than being a average construction worker until he soon end ups becoming a Power Ranger, something which he believes could giving him the opportunity that no one else cloud. He would often act sarcastic and would often throw several snarky insults to the Accel Mafia when in battles while also making good-natured jokes to each of his members on several occasions.
Bun Violet is a First Female Violet Ranger to be a Sixth Ranger 💜
I'd love for them to be a group of rogue Aliens, who stole a ship because they wanted to explore and they have been watching and researching humans, for years. Their own race, who have become corrupt, are hunting them down and so, they create their own powers based on the transportation we use to fight back and protect the Earth that they've grown to love.
It can also serve as a parody of the series and genre and be out of this world.
I think Goranger would be a fun one to do.
They can’t adapt it cuz it’s an old series. It would’ve been more appropriate to adapt it during the 90’s.
my only question i've had is, how the heck do they see out of those obscured visors? it doesnt help that the helmets themselves cut off all peripheral vision, i cant suspend my disbelief enough to believe they can see through them without any issue.
If were to adapt a Sentai into Power Rangers I would choose Zyuohger first because of the Animal theme, second will be Kiramager and then King-Ohger. But if I when it comes to the new BoonBoomger series I would call it Power Rangers Nitro Boost. 🙂😎👍

I haven't seen the show yet but, holy crap, these suits at 6:20 look like cheap, unlicensed, Sentai rip-offs from elsewhere in Asia, or a Gotochi Local Hero show (although so many of those look MUCH better)! I don't really love any of the car-themed sentai shows, but these helmets are so on-the-nose, that they make Kamen Rider Drive's design, wearing a tire as a sash(!), look absolutely sophisticated! I like the team's name though.
What if it's not the end of the adaptions? Because that's what I believe.

If i would adapt it it shall be an Overdrive sequel where Mack had a son and the son recruited the boonboomgers.

After watching episode 3 I wish PR was still adapting sentai , cause the past few years of sentai would have been very hard to adapt so now that we have a “traditional” sentai again and a good one at that I kwishhhhh we could get pr back the old school way , not saying Zenkaiger don bros and king ohgher were bad far from prob my fav seasons but def not for pr. But boonboomger on the other hand would be perfect
Hope we get another season adaptation after Cosmic Fury in the future.
I'd call this Power Rangers: Speed Racers if the name has to be chosen. The plot will be something I'd have to think of, and I don't want it to be a kiddy element. More teen-early adults' theme.
Speaking of 2025, I've got one new question. Is there any new theme for the new official Super sentai season that the sentai fans can think? One new theme that has not been used before?

@@timothybakker1163 i had that name for Turboranger it would be a more fitting name for BoonBoomger than that one although that series is the only series to have Turbo in a sentai season made sense for me to call it Turbo Charge I’m going to stick with my original name for it as High Speed for Turboranger

here's an idea! Why won't you ask Hasbro if they could hire you and ask them to let you adapt it as well as some of the other sentai shows like King-Ohger, Kiramager and Zhouger. You could also be the new show runner thus Simon Bennet's successor.

NGL Boonboomger would make a good PR season but it depends if the reboot fails or not.
I wouldn't think Hasbro could change their mind about sentai, should this not work with the reboot. Those who want more sentai adaptations can probably be wishing the franchise is sold to a different company, other than Saban or Disney.
We don't want the adaption to end like that. I won't give up.

I like it the premise reminds me of of how yuya from Yu-Gi-Oh arc v was an entertaining dulest and how the turtles were in rottmnt felt more gaggy but wanted to be real heroes

having the suit style being car oriented, reminds me of turbo, which was totally goofy. i'm okay with it, because it's not dinosaurs again. hopefully if they have a robot ranger like in turbo, he's not a Robocop like alien that had to be shown that not all humans are bad. the centurion character in turbo, for power rangers, was like superman in that he had to be shown that humans weren't lesser life forms and idiots compared to him. initially superman was a jerk and it took him being cloned, to see that not all humans were evil. the dark centurion, that showed up in the second season of turbo, was made by a scientist who thought that the power rangers were the bad guys, he eventually saw he was wrong, when the red ranger saves a kids life. if there's going to be a car themed superhero show, at least have it so that there's no wheel element to the visor, it looks bad. having the wheel element on something like shoulder pads or a chest plate, would make more sense and look more heroic.

Current day Power Rangers cannot write for a masterpiece of a show like King Ohger. Nor will they have the budget because Power Rangers is cheap and Hasbro’s losing money.

My initial thought was to set this after the original cast left PR Turbo. Tommy and Kat's wedding would be where the Wedding Dress monster would come from, and Tommy and Kat would be the red and pink rangers, reprising their colours from Turbo. That's as much thought I put into it, if anyone wants to expand on it?
I like how you had it be a direct sequel to Powe Rangers Turbo and also like how you bring in the Wedding Dress monster from Boonboomger's very first appearance, as well.
Heck, if i would had Boonboomger as a direct sequel to Turbo, i would have Justin Stewart be the Red Ranger of the group and help lead this new Rangers group.
I mean Dino Thunder had bought Tommy back as both a mentor and teacher-figure to the Rangers and be in a different color, green, white, red, both in 2 seasons, and than black.

I think a good way to adapt maskman is to make it take place in a town with vigilante ban. So when monsters come the red ranger decides to make the masked morpers and recruit he’s friends to help defend the city even if government says otherwise.
Also the sixth ranger could be either a wandering anti hero or a government made ranger tasked with stopping the monster and the other rangers by any means necessary.
super sentai is not going to be adapted into power rangers ever again, going forward starting with the hard franchise wide reboot will be 100% original and no ties to super sentai will be seen again

Boonboomger Adaptation for Power Rangers in 2028
idk Some fans could actually make a fanmade project of a Boonboomger adaptation, since the current owner of PR isn't wanting anything to do with sentai, and instead wants to focus on original projects.
Wanting to take Power Rangers seriously, is stupid. It is a joke, it is a silly kid's show. Don't run away from that embrace it, be sincere not, cynical.
Nobody is taking it seriously even super Sentai have dumb goofy moments. And look at the past seasons of Power Rangers it has some dark moments and it's not edgy at all
