BTS is one of the few kpop groups that don't lip sync. They do have backing tracks that include some background vocals, though, so that may be what you heard. Their live performances are at least as good as their studio recordings, often it's better. Two of BTS's rappers were also underground rappers from their early teens before joining BTS, so their rapping ability is at a much higher level than typical kpop groups. They're really incredible and BTS Army is the best, most supportive and positive fandom you will ever see as long as you are respectful and genuine about your reactions you will receive a lot of support and interaction.

They have over 300 songs collectively (they do group music and solo music on their albums, and some of them have solo albums as well that are self written and self produced) And within that discography they hit styles like, pop, rock, R&B, hip hop, rap, ballads, Latin, EDM, alternative, and even a couple that have a reggae like beat. And then they have songs that mix several of those styles together. So you can’t really just listen to one song and get their measure. This Dynamite performance was during the pandemic and recorded with no audience. The guy whose voice you like is Park Jimin. He is the lead vocalist and main dancer of BTS. Jimin has been voted multiple times as King of Kpop, top kpop dancer and has been topping the male idol brand reputation index for over 3 years. Many vocal coaches have said that Jimin has the most unique voice they have ever heard. Jimin's voice added color to BTS' songs and is the cherry on the cake. They are amazing singers, dancers, rappers, producers/lyricists and ridiculously humble and sincere men who love and respect their fans and the fans give it back 10-fold. YT ARMY will help you on your journey with recommendations, and suggestions but just remember its YOUR journey and the important thing is be honest, respectful and have fun. I LOVE watching people discover the magic that is BTS. Thank you for going in with an open mind. I think your experience as a performer will give you a unique perspective so i subscribed to follow your journey. --Oh and BTS doesnt lip synch - and when they do it's so *obvious* it's comical. They will purposefully leave out lyrics (like V did in this one) just to prove they are live. They do have a backing track playing behind them - especially when they're dancing more intense choreo. There is so much to explore - MV's dance practices, and so many live versions. If possible when doing lyric videos - AF Taehyung has some of the better and most accurate color coded. There are also explanation videos for some of their songs. BTS have layers and layers of deep meaning, interwoven images and story beyond what you see and hear. It really is an immersive experience. Thanks for the reaction. They don't lipsync, but they do use a backing track. It seemed like V (green mic), didn't sing one line and you could hear the backing track instead in this performance. This was during the pandemic so was filmed. You may want to watch them at the 64th Grammy's LIVE doing a unique performance of their song Butter. It was awesome. Also, if you want, watch their recent "Proof" Live (it is 3 songs, starting with Born Singer, then Yet to Come, then For Youth). In that, they are sitting on chairs or standing in a desert setting either outside LA or outside Las Vegas - I can't remember.
BTS has an expansive catalog that encompasses multiple genres, you can't go wrong with any BTS track or performance. The depth they have with lyricism, vocalization and musicality is really unmatched imo. I enjoyed your reaction and am looking forward to seeing more.
BTS do have backing tracks but sing live. If a broadcast leans towards the backing track, then the best thing is to watch an fan video of the event, you’ll be able to hear their live vocals (and the loud crowd but that’s part of the fun!)
You are going to love BTS, they have many great songs, the real gems are in their B-side. BTS and their production team will always give you a good show, their live performances are phenomenal.
this is a song they just made for fun yet broke records but you need to really react to their solid discography which just takes days to explain the amount of songs they have, the genres and the topics they touch on. ive been following them since 2015. they're one of the most hardworking musicians in the industry. they write, compose and produce 75 to 80 percent of their music. they come up with different concepts and storylines. you should definitely check out their ballads, rap and hip-hop songs.

BTS though are always involved with EVERYTHING they put out. (Pretty much they give the finale say). All of them the members are part of the korean Music right copyright association and the three rappers are full members. They write about important topics; mental health, dreams, regret, Work hard, bullying, self love, etc. 80-90% of their music that sounds like love of gl/bf are not. They usually are about self love, the relationship with each other, and or their fans called ARMY. They do a lot of different genres or a mix of genres. From Hip-hop, R&B, pop, rock, jazz, etc. They are some of the most hard-working, chaotic, kind, positive, and humble group of young men. While they Receive tons of hate, xenophobia, racism, etc. since the beginning of the careers. I didn’t think K-pop was my type of music since I love R&B. But I got sooooo hooked… they are something else!! So hardworking and talented.
I love how you complimented all the voices of their vocal line unintentionally (they have 3 rappers in the group). What I like about BTS vocally is that they have baritones and singers with unusual voices you dont' normally hear in pop. Taehyung (the one who "got swag") is a baritone so he can pull off a neo-soul track like Singularity or Jin doing a ballad rock like Epiphany.
Oh, I'm excited for you. The rabbit hole awaits. I'm not sure what genre you're into the most, but these guys have a song for every mood, emotion, and beat you want. Seriously, over 300 songs in their collective. Honestly, you might consider 2 or 3 songs per video just to get through it all. I enjoyed your reaction. I'm really glad you enjoyed yourself. Just a note for you since you mentioned you know of BTS but don't know them specifically or their music. BTS is a 7 member group. One of their rappers is missing during this performance as he was recovering from surgery. They have a huge discography that spans tons of genres as k-pop itself is sort of a genre. Dynamite is one of their 3 all English songs. Most of the their music is a mix of English and Korean. I want to second a comment below if you are interested in watching more BTS, a really intensely awesome mv would be the "On- Kinetic Manifesto" (One of my personal favorites) "Black Swan" and "Blood, Sweat and Tears" Something else o suggest if you are interested in going down the rabbit hole of BTS would be to watch a video talking about the 7 members. It can be really helpful, especially since it's 7 guys, you aren't familiar with them. They do change their hair styles and colors, I'll say fairly often, so a video about the members can be super helpful to be able to pick them out. Although their voices are all very distinct. And yes Jimin is the member with the angelic high voice you kept pointing out. He does have a voice like an angel imo. All the members are wonderfully talented both live and MVs/ Studio recordings. Some of their songs are definitely more low-key balad type songs and some are crazy intense hip-hop and even rock. They do use backing vocals for live performances sometimes, but they don't lip sync that i know of. A lot of their music has a lot of meaning to the lyrics, whether it is important to them or it has some sort of historical or mythological references. Also a lot of their videos have a special storyline. It's called the BTS Universe and those MV's will likely be SUPER confusing. LOL Anyways I am glad you enjoyed. Check their Butter live performance at Grammy's. You can also compare it to their live performance at AMA last year where they also sang it live...during their Grammys perfromance this year (last April) one member was injured and they innovate their production the Vegas style with a Mission Impossible/Now You See Me Now You Don't inspired production. They even got a standing ovation with their performance.
They just performed "Butter" at this past years Grammys. One of the members had just had surgery on their hand so he's only in part of the choreography and two of them had literally JUST gotten off of COVID protocol. It wasn't until the day before the show that they were certain all 7 of them were going to be able to perform and they KILLED IT! It was voted best performance of the night by Billboard and Rolling Stone. :)

They are amazing singers, dancers, rappers, producers/lyricists and ridiculously humble and sincere men who love and respect their fans and the fans give it back 10-fold. YT ARMY will help you on your journey with recommendations, and suggestions but just remember its YOUR journey and the important thing is be honest, respectful and have fun. I LOVE watching people discover the magic that is BTS. Thank you for going in with an open mind. I think your experience as a performer will give you a unique perspective so i subscribed to follow your journey. --Oh and BTS doesnt lip synch - and when they do it's so *obvious* it's comical. They will purposefully leave out lyrics (like V did in this one) just to prove they are live. They do have a backing track playing behind them - especially when they're dancing more intense choreo. There is so much to explore - MV's dance practices, and so many live versions. If possible when doing lyric videos - AF Taehyung has some of the better and most accurate color coded. There are also explanation videos for some of their songs. BTS have layers and layers of deep meaning, interwoven images and story beyond what you see and hear. It really is an immersive experience. Thanks for the reaction. They don't lipsync, but they do use a backing track. It seemed like V (green mic), didn't sing one line and you could hear the backing track instead in this performance. This was during the pandemic so was filmed. You may want to watch them at the 64th Grammy's LIVE doing a unique performance of their song Butter. It was awesome. Also, if you want, watch their recent "Proof" Live (it is 3 songs, starting with Born Singer, then Yet to Come, then For Youth). In that, they are sitting on chairs or standing in a desert setting either outside LA or outside Las Vegas - I can't remember.

BTS do have backing tracks but sing live. If a broadcast leans towards the backing track, then the best thing is to watch an fan video of the event, you’ll be able to hear their live vocals (and the loud crowd but that’s part of the fun!)
You are going to love BTS, they have many great songs, the real gems are in their B-side.
BTS and their production team will always give you a good show, their live performances are phenomenal.
this is a song they just made for fun yet broke records but you need to really react to their solid discography which just takes days to explain the amount of songs they have, the genres and the topics they touch on. ive been following them since 2015. they're one of the most hardworking musicians in the industry. they write, compose and produce 75 to 80 percent of their music. they come up with different concepts and storylines. you should definitely check out their ballads, rap and hip-hop songs.

They have three rappers and four vocalists. They all write, compose, and produce. Along side their in-house producers. BTS though are always involved with EVERYTHING they put out. (Pretty much they give the finale say). All of them the members are part of the korean Music right copyright association and the three rappers are full members.
They write about important topics; mental health, dreams, regret, Work hard, bullying, self love, etc. 80-90% of their music that sounds like love of gl/bf are not. They usually are about self love, the relationship with each other, and or their fans called ARMY.
They do a lot of different genres or a mix of genres. From Hip-hop, R&B, pop, rock, jazz, etc.
They are some of the most hard-working, chaotic, kind, positive, and humble group of young men. While they Receive tons of hate, xenophobia, racism, etc. since the beginning of the careers.

I love how you complimented all the voices of their vocal line unintentionally (they have 3 rappers in the group). What I like about BTS vocally is that they have baritones and singers with unusual voices you dont' normally hear in pop. Taehyung (the one who "got swag") is a baritone so he can pull off a neo-soul track like Singularity or Jin doing a ballad rock like Epiphany.
They have songs of every genre you don't have to go anywhere and I'm sure you will love them for sure

I'm not sure what genre you're into the most, but these guys have a song for every mood, emotion, and beat you want. Seriously, over 300 songs in their collective. Honestly, you might consider 2 or 3 songs per video just to get through it all.

I enjoyed your reaction. I'm really glad you enjoyed yourself. Just a note for you since you mentioned you know of BTS but don't know them specifically or their music. BTS is a 7 member group. One of their rappers is missing during this performance as he was recovering from surgery. They have a huge discography that spans tons of genres as k-pop itself is sort of a genre. Dynamite is one of their 3 all English songs. Most of the their music is a mix of English and Korean. I want to second a comment below if you are interested in watching more BTS, a really intensely awesome mv would be the "On- Kinetic Manifesto" (One of my personal favorites) "Black Swan" and "Blood, Sweat and Tears" Something else o suggest if you are interested in going down the rabbit hole of BTS would be to watch a video talking about the 7 members. It can be really helpful, especially since it's 7 guys, you aren't familiar with them. They do change their hair styles and colors, I'll say fairly often, so a video about the members can be super helpful to be able to pick them out. Although their voices are all very distinct. And yes Jimin is the member with the angelic high voice you kept pointing out. He does have a voice like an angel imo. All the members are wonderfully talented both live and MVs/ Studio recordings. Some of their songs are definitely more low-key balad type songs and some are crazy intense hip-hop and even rock. They do use backing vocals for live performances sometimes, but they don't lip sync that i know of. A lot of their music has a lot of meaning to the lyrics, whether it is important to them or it has some sort of historical or mythological references. Also a lot of their videos have a special storyline. It's called the BTS Universe and those MV's will likely be SUPER confusing. LOL Anyways I am glad you enjoyed. Wow I wrote a novel for this comment.

Check their Butter live performance at Grammy's. You can also compare it to their live performance at AMA last year where they also sang it live...during their Grammys perfromance this year (last April) one member was injured and they innovate their production the Vegas style with a Mission Impossible/Now You See Me Now You Don't inspired production. They even got a standing ovation with their performance.
They just performed "Butter" at this past years Grammys. One of the members had just had surgery on their hand so he's only in part of the choreography and two of them had literally JUST gotten off of COVID protocol. It wasn't until the day before the show that they were certain all 7 of them were going to be able to perform and they KILLED IT! It was voted best performance of the night by Billboard and Rolling Stone. :)
