@@ethencurtain2862 took a long time, all I did was go on multiverse and chose the 1 boss battle that'll give me legendary gears and abilities

Lots of grinding in the multiverse

Multiverse or boxes. Legendary Multiverse is a grind but it's a guaranteed way of getting it
