thank you! yeah I think 4-5 days a week I can count on my bh more than my fh. I've lost my fh for some time, hopefully it comes back soon! when my fh is on, it's more powerful and dangerous than bh, but the game is such that mostly this is the case for most people and thus people at tend to send the balls to their opponents' BHs, but I can attack from that side with a high degree of consistency too.
yes, very intense game...especially first two sets. The ability to change the game depends on the number of strategies you can implement and how wide is your shots selection. it's useful to practice all sorts of different shots and strategies during practice games and matches played "for fun". I feel that it is very important to enjoy the game too!
Tienes razón en que hay que variar y probar alternativas en los partidos informales. Lo tendré en cuenta. Y lo de divertirse parece una tontería pero a veces se me olvida! Un saludo!@@chyngyzdavletov214
he's been in the 1800-1850 range so far, havent broken 1900 yet as of writing this. I like his technique form and footwork; I think he's lacking a bit of understanding of spin game as of now to go 1900+
from what i see there seems to be a desync on your fh for your stroke mechanics. It looks like youre leading with your upper body instead of your lower body so it doesnt let you get the rotation on the ball when doing your forehand on most times when you missed and went long. Its hard to explain in words but if you slowthe video down you can see your torso is rotating before your legs.
@@masterflamewing234 great observation! The last two matches in that tourney I barely could stand and play - before this 1/2 final I had played 7 matches that day and 6 matches on previous day (winning u2100). I just tried to survive basically 😄 I’d like to believe the legs-body sync is a little better when I’m fresh, but yeah you’re absolutely right
@@vagav it’s an individual thing; for me every scream lets energy out which can be very powerful boost; but I can’t do it constantly so I try to find the right moment when it matters most - sometimes I succeed sometimes I don’t. And when it doesn’t work it can backfire because you just gave some amount of energy out for nothing .
@@vagav for him it’s helpful I guess; for me it doesn’t matter whether my opponent is screaming or not, I try to focus on the actual point and when it comes to my opponent - only on their actual actions in terms of strategy, shot selection, positioning etc
You win because the kids FH is bad. He miss more than you do and he is more aggressive(more chance to use FH). If he fix his FH you won't win against him.
Thanks for the comment! Feedback taken! But whether or not he beats me with his fixed FH - remains to be seen. The game is not static, if he changes something (like fixing fh) I will adapt and come up with some counter strategy. I used what was working and if I feel he makes mistakes, I’ll let him be aggressive and make mistakes. Also, his fh looked very solid in his previous matches, he beat some good players to reach semi-finals, so I’m taking some credit for the fact that his FH suddenly became bad in a match with me - “you can only play as good as your opponent lets you”
The kid’s bh is even worse… He had a lot of chances to smash with bh but he didn’t. I don’t think the kid would win even after he fixed the FH. He had no chance…
@@explorery6691 yeah it's common that people tend to have stronger FHs than BHs. his BH is quite solid in a rally though; where it lacks is opening against the pushes I felt. So yeah that gave me a bit more "safety" to just push back to his BH when I wasnt ready to attack and then wait for better opportunity...Also, we played earlier that day and it was a comfortable 3-0 victory for me, so there was certainly some psychological advantage on my side in the 2nd match. He did change some things since the first match and gave a much better fight in just couple hours later which is great.
Your backhand is wicked!

5:42 That point was so amazing it gets 2 points inmmediatly.

Un partido muy reñido pero conseguiste darle la vuelta! Cambiar el modo de juego a medio partido me parece muy difícil. Enhorabuena!👏🏻

Do the screaming after each point affects mentally?
