love your Ableton videos! Being honest I was ready to give up on creating my own music with how hard it is to learn how to use ableton on my own but your intro videos have been amazing. Maybe you could do a video focused on plug-ins? I don't have any idea where to get them, how to download them, which do what. Thanks again Chad!

Would love more videos on recording in ableton. Guitar, using plug-ins, drum midi etc. I'm green at all this and am lost. Great video!

This is incredibly helpful. I just got Ableton together with my first audio interface. I initially thought I just wanted to use it to record myself covering some of favourite songs, but this opens up a whole new world of creative possibilities! Thanks a lot for sharing such high quality content.

Hey @chad this is great stuff. I am curious if you use Guitar Pro 8 and what your workflow is with Ableton. I was trying to figure out yesterday how to setup sending midi out of GP8 to Ableton and not duplicating the source. My goal is to use a GP8 composition to play drums/bass through EZ Drummer/Bass and I can play along to the notation in GP. Ever done anything like that?

great upload thank you, Ive seen folks add more additional guitar tracks, 5 or more vocal tracks, and separate each drum part, snare, kick, etc...ending up with a ton of complex tracks...any value in that if you are recording and want send out for mix / master with intention to upload to say spotify or youtube or make a record ? or is that overkill?

Very good video but I cannot get the drum plugin to work with ableton. How do you install it?
