I loved Novel Love Story! I thought it was even better than Seven Year Slip, but if you like those, you should read Dead Romantics! That is her best book in my opinion. I have been skeptical of the Chestnut springs series, but you've convinced me to try it!

You are a rare gem intellectually, way more curious and engaged than most. I always liked La Trobe because of a few professors in history and politics with backgrounds in Europe and South America but is it not considered that remarkable in Australia? All the best to you, keep being you!
