I'm from Zambia. My advice to make it easier to push the wheelbarrows up to the top level as well as general mobility around the farm. Replace the original wheelbarrow tires with the narrow japanese spare car tires

I think you probably need to put up some kind of safety rails incase your colleague trips - so that the chances of falling too far down and getting seriously injured are reduced

The walk way to the roof has no protective guard rail that if someone tripped it can prevent them from falling off the building. That's quite dangerous especially them you guys have to push the wheel barrow full of chicken feed up there many times each day. Will something be done to make it safe? Falling from that high won't be good at all

From experience, termites will be a threat to the birds and the structures. Hope you douse the poles and wooden surfaces with termiticide at regular intervals

For the noise try putting a cylindrical fabric in the tube and increase the diameter of the fabric to decrease the noise

Sand bath. Also ensures they get grit into their gizzards to help crush the grains

The pipe feeder doesn't seems to last long as it tke more time to fill feeder nd extra effort too to bring feed upstairs. U should opt for an easy way
