The writers deserve a raise, the story quests recently have been absolutely fantastic

Yeah. It reminds me of those who were victims of Scientology or cults in general.
1. They are lead and manipulated by a narcissist sociopath as a leader through fear;
2. They have to follow unholy rules to save themselves;
3. Whoever steps out of the line is horribly tortured;
4. Even when the opportunity to get out and ask for help is presented itself, they refuse to gamble on it out of fear of punishment.
5. All members are isolated from their loved ones, who have no idea of their whereabouts or whatabouts whatsoever so no one could see the ugly truth.
Don’t you see any pattern here? Or should I go on?

This is why Wriothesley and Diluc are two of my favorite characters in this game. Rules only hold value when people follow them. When people DON’T follow them, you need to step outside the rules to show them the consequences
Diluc wouldn't even try to stop wriothesley if someone is as bad as the abyss, thus the only difference I see is wriothesley is respectful to neuvillette but diluc doesn't like the knights but he does protect the innocent

Hm, aren't a lot of characters like this though? In my mind, every single character has this characteristic, otherwise they wouldn't be able to do any damage. They have their visions to enable them to be butt-kickers if people/monsters step out of line. That said, characters like Wrio, Diluc, and of course Ayato, certainly embody that more than most.

Fontaine at this point in my perspective, is really scary place. Nonsense law, a jail deep in underwater where even kid will be sent, human trafficking, people saw criminal nothing but an actor of somekind drama and etc. while you can argue that there a good people here but some problem can be solve using time which leads to me to the question of whether or not Furina or Neuvillete intentionally want Fontaine to be like this. Also speaking about the ideal of Justice, the concept of justice exist when there is injustice. Let say’s the injustice is criminal, from what I recall that bizarre scale thing in the opera house is says to collect people belief in justice and in turn use them as city power supply? If so wouldn’t that can be says that Fontaine needs criminal in order to run city? Without criminal what will become of fontaine?
@@Gottaloveaxolotls well of course there can’t be a place with zero percent criminal rate but think of it like this if Fontaine enter the period where a decline crime rate happen which in turn cause less trial to take place in opera house and the power supply cannot be giving to everyone in the city what do you think gonna happen?

This is why Wriothesley is one of my favourite characters from Fontaine.
Fun Fact: Chamboduc is the only character in genshin with a british accent
I think he actually has an Australian accent…? But it does stick out like a sore thumb amidst the American accents.
We need more characters with an accent like that. Chamboduc's voice works great as a merchant, so why not have a regular NPC be a merchant with that voice? They could be from a distant place outside of the continent of Teyvat or just some outskirts in any of the regions.
Nice, I was disappointed when the two canceled the wedding in Ayato's quest. It's rare to see romance in this game.

My eyes darken when Dougier didn't want to pick up the stone himself. He knew that it contains Aqua Doloris and avoids contact with it but not when it comes to the prisoners who he deemed unforgivable and irredeemable.

Before finding the truth The beret society was sounding like the Organization Vautrin made in Neuvillette's story
