Sir,I am alloted a seat in round 1 AIQ counselling,i have joined and i opt for upgradation but not upgraded in round 2..for round 3 upgradation is it need to report my round 1 clg ? Or i can upgrade by myself ?

If i get a seat in all india round 2, am i eligible/or participate in state round 2 ? And whether i need to forfeit my security deposit in all india round 2 allotted college inorder to join state round 2 ?

yes eligible for state round 2 if you join an ai round 2 seat. you will lose your all india round 2 security deposit not you resign the seat. and you will be able to participate in ai round 3( however check state round 2 resignation rules)
state round 2 results should come before ai round 2 resignation deadline.

Dear sir what is the procedure for resignation as per the new notice...i joined in gdc Nagpur through all India and gave upgradation..now i will get my desired seat in state counseling which I want to take..still allotment has not come from state..now what should I do..resignation time is given till 22nd 6pm

which state sir. most states results are expected before 22nd. mention state.

If i joined in alloted college i Round 1 and retained my seat and applied for round 2 and got a seat in another clg . if im not ok with the seat allotted to me in round 2. i will head back to the clg from e
