Thank you for the entertainment and education. This year I'm going from Needles,CA to Albuquerque/colorado springs/flint hills trail/katy trail/sioux city (RAGBRAI)/lansing, io/burlington/fly home.
I was considering going from Denver across Kansas to Missouri and then to the Katy trail. I like the direction you are going and may change and do it that way. Love all the uninterrupted trails so far.
Congrats on the 2000 miles. 5000 would be an awesome achievement. Drone footage was great. Eating your way across Kansas sounds good. How was the coffee? Take care and stay safe, Al
"First thing...get rid of that tent." Yeah, really sad state of affairs, eh? I rode the Katy and it was tent up just after dark and put away just before light and never had a problem. But bad days that sleeping in the land is a crime. A man has to worry at just resting. I've thought about camping right in church's lawns in town while bicycling through and filming them tossing me off the property for youtube if they are evil enough to do it. Sorry, friend. If I ruled this land you could camp without worry.
I often wonder this. Somehow I still manage to ride 60-80 miles a day, but the backtracking must be a couple miles extra per day. Doesn't bother me, I find that filming as much as I do allows to me more time to enjoy an area much longer than I normally would buy just riding by. It slows me down and holds me back in a great way.
Big fan of crushed Limestone, Im running 38's on The Trek, so if anything I should probably go for some wider tires with as much trail as I ride. I think Crushed Limestone is the next best thing to pavement, I think its great. Love to ride it. Thanks for watching.
@@TravelingThru222 We have those crushed limestone trails a lot in Germany. Great when it is dry but that stuff goes everywhere when it is wet. Ride on 🙂
Nice straight trail!
The flash back foreshadowing is awesome
Oh yeah, The pain train is coming.
I love the way you said osawatomie lol
Oh yeah, I was way off. Great Trail, Great state. Thanks for watching.
As always, AWESOME! Great stealth camping tips.

Nice stretch. One of these years I’ll make it out to Ragbrai. If you need anymore info on the trails let me know. Catch you on the road.
@Traveling Thru im really enjoying your videos. Great story telling, video, and wonderful music.
Congrats on 2000 miles. That's great. I'm waiting for the hills. Flint Hills Nature Trail must have some. Lol
Hills aren't too bad out that way, The Flint Hills Trail is some great riding. Cant wait to go back.
Yeah buddy, 2K! Congrats!
Hey, Thanks. The Flint Hills Trail was another great ride. Hope you can check it out.
Awesome, can’t wait for you to get to Colorado. Congrats on 2000.
Thanks for watching.
Fabulous ride
Thanks for watching.
I’m enjoying your trip. Thanks for sharing your “vacation”.
Thanks for watching, many adventures to come.
I’m not afraid to stealth camp but I’ve never considered doing it as close to the trail. Inspired that I can be a little riskier.
Just Thought I would let you know your videos are even better on the living room TV
Awesome, i'm glad you're enjoying the Coast to Coast Series. Thanks for watching.

Its a great route no matter which way your headed. The Katy and The Flint Hills Trail are only 80 miles apart, makes for some easy cruising.
Great ride
It sure is. Thanks for watching.
Exiting stuff, adventure continues 👍
Yes indeed!
You've got some awesome trails in the US. Nice ride. JP
The best! So many trails to choose from. The Midwest has an extensive Bike path and bike trail system. Thanks for watching.

Had a great time out on The Flint Hills Trail, glad you're enjoying the videos. The coffee, not always great.
It's pronounced Osa-WAT-omie, but you probably know that by now. Great video!
Oh yeah, they’ve been hammering me on that one for a while now. Thanks for watching.

I wonder how many miles you’ve backtracked to get your camera after the ride-by shots?

Love your videos! But you’re pronouncing Osawatomie wrong! 😉
Yep, you’re right, you got me. Bumski. Nice town anyway though. Thanks for watching.
