I was going to say that it looks more like a ‘65, but apparently it isn’t. What a fantastic facelift! I still miss my ‘66 Kombi.

It's a brazilian, pretty sure they made those in 1975 - correct me if I'm wrong.
It is a ‘75 , as explained in the video the windows/etc were added
Bumper looks pre 70.
In Brazil they built the "old look" bus and Beetle long after Wolfsburg updated them.
