    This is what I figured, but many had said otherwise. TSA officers are not there to analyze a passport to determine the person's status. They just want to make sure you are who you say you are and not somebody on a watchlist.

    Awesome video! What if I leave, get banned, but get a different citizenship and try to comeback with a different country passport?

    • @eastvilleph4954
      @eastvilleph4954 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      usually the ban is good for 10yrs. doesn't matter what citizenship you got. then you can try to apply after 10yrs.

    • @lucastamaio
      @lucastamaio 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@eastvilleph4954 based on my research I can comeback with the other countries passport since the ban is attached to your passport number, I actually know someone that did just that.

      Do you have a passport?
      The requirements is date of birth, city of birth, country of birth. Even if you want another passport from a different country the same questions most definitely will be the requirement.

    What can I do if my immigration attorney gave me incorrect information that cause my case to be denied by USCIS.

    • @muazqamar
      @muazqamar 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      See another attorney and have them handle your case and follow their advice. My attorney did the same thing. Thankfully I worked things out with him and everything worked out fine. But if you're not satisfied with the attorney who made the mistake, then consult with another lawyer. Depending on the mistake, you might even make some money doing it

    But you need A REAL ID if you travel by plane as far as I know.

    • @mikefox1711

      Don't need a real id until may 2023

    • @rjaimes108
      @rjaimes108 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You can still use a valid foreign passport that's not expired even after the Real Id takes place. A current passport is a valid form of id.
