Can't really tell by this recording but the drummer, Charlie Quintana, was one of the best drummers in L.A. back then. I saw the Plugz at a dinky club called the Hong Kong Cafe in '80 or so, Charlie was amazing. He went on to join the Cruzado's and Social Distortion.
