I have to say. As a long term software developer /consultant who is working on a startup, whilst am certain Tony would fundamentally disagree. From the limited understanding of JBDT, I am using it to redefine what the products are as a core set of useful outcomes. This is incredible. JBDT is a top down approach and hides away the complexity involved but it focuses on the core deliverable. What is great about JBDT is it doesn't try to say achieving the outcome isn't hard - unlike Agile nonsense. As an Enterprise developer - this blows other approaches to implementing solutions out of the water. I like this a lot. Another way I am using it is to completely restructure my website pages so that the core needs of the customer are presented - but the technology I use is within reach if needed. This is completely not how most technology companies create their websites.

Why do you think Agile is non sense?
What do you mean by your technology being in reach if needed?
