Thanks for your feedback, appreciate it. It's very easy mate, I buy them all. Most are mine, some are for relatives. Before I give them away as present I usually make a video review about them, it helps all other out there to make a decision to either buy or skip a certain watch. I always check on youtube before I decide to buy something. Buyers advise I would call it! ;-)
Thank you for the excellent review Patrick. I have the Tissot Classic Chronograph. You are absolutely right about the leather bands with deployment/ butterfly clasps. The work so much better and they really do protect and enhance the longevity and the leather. Thank you again for taking the time to provide such substantial reviews.
Dear George, Thank you for your positive feedback. I'm happy you liked it. Please check my other channel that is dedicated to this kind of reviews, PatricksTechReviews. Thanks
thinking about vuying this watch. Really like the idea about the butterfly clasp on the leather band but how do you size the band to your wrist? confused on that part because their are no links to take out.... if you or anyone else knows please inform me. Thanks
I remember the time before they started using these jump straps, you had to replace the strap many times as the leather broke after a while. I like them, very handy.
Thanks for the nice comment, I always enjoy when my video reviews make someone's decision to buy or even not to buy easier! Happy that the video helped you to decide on your watch. Enjoy it!
Enjoy your watch and thanks for the positive comment! I have 3 main hobbies, cars, watches and knifes! But the cars are my biggest passion as you already know! cheers
Thanks - great review and nice close ups of watch too. Thinking of buying this black dial model which I prefer to the silver/white dial version but it has had a lot of criticism for the super-reflective sapphire. Some people say that often you can't read the time because it is so reflective. Was wondering what your opinion is - whether it's still worth buying it despite this major flaw? Thanks
It IS super reflective- as are the hands and markings. Its true to say that with the grey faced model, that the shiny hour markings can eclipse into the background of the grey face when held at a certain angle. It gives the face an overall grey look that I like and just angle slightly towards light source. For me it's a unique effect that doesn't detract from ease of legibility or aesthetic value. I enjoy mine but it's down to personal preference at the end of the day.
hey do u guys know if this watch is legit? www.amazon.com/Tissot-T-Classic-Tradition-Silver-T063-610-16-037-00/dp/B005DL3R8S/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
Well, I get your feedback, thanks. I always want to show the entire package to make sure that people don't buy fake watches. If they see the whole package it can give them at least an idea if something is wrong when they decide to but a watch. In regards to the lume, no it doesn't have lume, a pure dress watch.
I recently bought thus watch and absolutely love it. Very classy look. One issue though - the seconds hand does not seem to line up with the hour markers. It is all over the place and sometimes the jump is between the hour markers. Is this something commonly noticed with this watch or dies mjy watch have a defect and I should return it?
Cannot say if Victorinox is outsourcing the production of watches, but honestly, I don't think so. They have a seperate division for watch making, they will do them in house themselves. It's like Montblanc, they make leatherware, pens and watches, all different divisions!
Thanks for the input, I understand your point. Actually you would be surprised how many lower priced watches are being faked too. I try to have the same watch review video style for all watches I make a video of, to keep it consistent. If you want to see some more reviews, I started a second channel called "PatricksTechReviews" where I will be uploading all future reviews as "Patrick3331" is now purely for cars. Thanks a lot.
This would have been a great watch, if it had a hand wound movement in it. Tissot used this case design also for their TISSOT VISODATE T019.430.16.031.01, which unfortunately does not have the long minute hand and it's got the day of the weak complication, which the original 50's watch never had. TL; DR I like your watch, but I'm not a fan of quartz movements in analog wrist watches.
+Philip Cooper I prefer quartz. Unless you pay out for the highest ranking auto then it will never be accurate. You need to adjust it at least every other day. The other thing is the overhaul cost you need to pay out for it every few years. I've had around 4 autos and 1 manual but the most accurate still gained a minute every 2 - 3 days. I love the workmanship in mechanicals but accuracy takes precedence. Each to their own though.
Yes this one is Quartz movement, and i prefer the Automatic ones with the sweeping second hands. I do have a Tissot Le Loccle Automatic.Stunning model.
Hi, Thanks for the review. I have 2 questions about this watch. - Is the length of the band adjustable? - Does the watch operate on a battery? Thank you!
The band is fixed, but you can obviously adjust the length through the holes in the band. And the watch is a quartz one, you can see it as the second hand jumps rather then runs smooth around the dial.
Don't worry, it is normal for all quartz movements from the Swatch Group as well as other manufacturers. Even my Omega Seamaster 300M has the same (see my review) but it cannot be avoided due to the jumping second hand. Keep it and enjoy it. Just check if it doesn't hit the markers on the entire round of 60 sec. or only on one side. Cause sometime that's the case.
Thank you very much. All future watch reviews will be uploaded on my other channel called "PatricksTechReviews". I will be featuring another Tissot review in a few days. Check it out.
Very nice review. I have the chronograph, and I am really tempted to get this one as well. I love how classy and non flashy it looks. The chronograph is a bit more sporty and flashy at the same time. I got it because I love the IWC Portugieser style (style, not necessarily complications). Oh and about the travel pouch, I love it, but I really do not know how it is supposed to be used. I liked the idea of velvet protecting the watch, but it seems to be rougher on the inside. Any insights on this?
Hi, I'm thinking of buying a watch with a budget of around $200, and I saw Daniel Wellington. However, I've heard from my friend about its poor lifetime due to mechanical failures after say, 2 years. So could you plz tell me which brand I should go for?
nice watch man ..i like to buy a tissot watch but i just wondering the strap color ! is there different brown color or all its same ? So could you plz tell me if you now sorry for my English
Very beautiful watch. The retail price is about $225 in the US. For the $850 Blue Cross Blue Shield Premium I paid per month, I can buy 4 of this watch.
When I was 11, I asked my dad to buy me a watch. He gave me a pre-owned Tissot like this one. I was not very happy because all I wanted was a Casio digital plastic watch. And now I realize that I silly I was.
All of my watches are exactly the same , simple , but on different designs .. if you could only share where did you get these things you review , it would be awesome :) Thanks for making and sharing this buddy
Hi Patrick how does the this model compare to that of the Tissot T0194301603101 Visodate Automatic Date Day Men's Brown Leather Watch? Which would you say is the better choice?
Over 3:50 something seconds to get to the watch because of the box? I didn't click this to see the contents of the box! The box should be in the background if that. I know this is a dress watch, but doe it have any luminous markers?
In Dubai Rivoli has twice a year offers where you buy one watch and get a 50% voucher of the value of the first watch. We bought another one and got this one for free.
Easiest way is to wear a dress shirt and see if it will fit when the button is closed! If not, it's gonna be too big. But it's up to you, I have a few big watches (check my other videos) and most of them I wear with a suit. The only watch I don't wear to work is my Citizen Ecozilla divers watch, cause that one is a huge thing!
You can get a discount when you spend a minimum amount during the Shopping festival! You buy one watch at full price and get 50% of that value from which you buy something else... that's the trick!
I have to admit your video is the reason why I'm interested in this watch! But, how many fake watch have you seen under $300? Other than my box complaint It is a great video!
Did you try the Citizen Eco-Drive watches 200m water resistant, they are Cheap in the USA, and Radio Control Atomic Perpetual Calendar Worldtimer. I bought 2 and They are really Great watches. Never miss a date. Not even leap years.Check at Ashford in New York.Have a super day Patrick.
You are lucky, I just got the Tissot Visodate with the bacl leather band and I will make a review about, however not on this channel anymore but on my other channel called "PatricksTechReviews"/ I will have the review ready by Friday evening this week. Check it out by end of the week.
Patrick3331 exactly! I had mine for almost 6years already, and now I’m planning to buy a classic watch, wich is exactly what I wanted on your video. 👌🏼
like tissot but I love tag heuer...those classic tags are just sooo durable..tag 4ever..and very known celebrity models like leonardo..brad pitt..and so much..even the powerfull man in the u.s Obama wearing tag heuer
Tags are nice, I should get one before they will get out of range. Though I rather go now for Omega or Rolex as they are already damn expensive and within the next years they will get out of reach. Tag should be still possible in 5-10 years.
Patrick3331 yeah ur right...but why not get tag now when prices are going up especially the classic ones..think about it rolex are expensive coz most of them are made of real gold..but imagine tag heuer not a real gold but still expensive how much more if they create real gold watch..
The thing about Omwga/Rolex/Panerai & Co. is that they are more desirable behause they are not as easily available to the public due to the price. But if someone wants a good watch for a decent price Tissot is great.

Congrats mate, enjoy your new watch!

You gonna like it for sure, thanks for watching.

reminds me of a vacheron constantin in it's slim profile and understated elegance
It also looks like a Patek Philipe Calatrava 5227.
It really does; this is the first affordable watch I’ve seen that closely imitates the aesthetic of the VC Patrimony
Tissot Tradition T063.610.16.037.00 - incomparable, simply beautiful.
Agree with you, very classy and clean.
The watch has a leather band with a moveable clasp. You can adjust it yourself once it arrives.
Thanks - great review and nice close ups of watch too. +Dim Kas (DK) I have never tried the pouch, but it's a nice touch and could protect it from scratches when traveling and not wearing on the arm.
I have this watch, Patrick, nearly 3 years. My strap is worn out now, where can I get a new one please ?
From an authorized Tissot dealership, I wouldn't buy online if you don't know the shop.
excellent review!
Hi, I'm thinking of buying a watch with a budget of around $200, and I saw Daniel Wellington. However, I've heard from my friend about its poor lifetime due to mechanical failures after say, 2 years. So could you plz tell me which brand I should go for?
Festina
Seiko and citizen both have some excellent watches in that range
El Nino Elysee 38013 Made in Germany.
I prefer automatic too, but I do have a few quartz watches and I like them too. Grab & Go watches.
great review btw!
Thanks a lot.
nice watch dude, really nice
Sure, you can change it if you want to.
I mentioned it somewhere in the video, I honestly don't remember anymore.

Yes you are correct. Thanks for clarification.
Hi
Is this 42mm in diameter excluding the crown.
Thanks
Is Victorinox Swiss Army watches any good? I'm thinking about getting one of those but if not I might just go with Tissot.
May I ask which brand, cause I have not heard any case like this with one of the established Swiss watch manufacturers. cheers
Easiest way is to wear a dress shirt and see if it will fit when the button is closed! If not, it's gonna be too big. But it's up to you, I have a few big watches (check my other videos) and most of them I wear with a suit. The clasp should be part of every Tissot that has an automatic movement. The cheaper quartz watches might not have them.
It is a quartz movement, correct.
Thank you! Very helpful video.
+TheKaiLight happy it helped, thanks for watching.

but nice review man..tissot are not that expensive but there very good watch
I agree, Tissot makes Dome beautiful watches.
I'm new to watches, but is the band removable?
+Josue Gaona if it's a proper watch (not some cheap shit) you can always change the band, therefore removable
Hi. :D
I would buy this watch, but wanted to know if it would go (I have a small handful)
And if not, can we add a hole easily?
Tank you. ^^
+Hounie what do you mean if it would go? I would add an additional hole to the original band, better buy another smaller band if necessary.
Thank you.

You are welcome.

this is a nice looking watch
I agree and it's very affordable too.
Thanks for 15.000 views.
What is your price range?
how much did you pay for it ? nice video
Great video
how do you adjust the wrist size?
You own the buckle and move it into the whole that fits and close it again.
Victorinox is porducing watches and they are not bad at all. The only thing is that they are all Quartz powered!
Thanks for 5000 views.
I have a Tissot- Regardless, THAT leather-band will NOT ever break... the Metal will break LONG before leather does, seriously.
+1AppleofEden the leather won't break, but the inside front the band will over time from bending it while opening and closing it!
You said it costs abt 200€, right?
The price I mentioned in the video is correct yes.
Leather is dark brown? black?
I've got the same watch, it's dark maroon brown colour. looks fantastic, the silver stainless steel makes it looks really classy.
Hmm... i beg to differ this watch even more beautiful with mechanical movement... 😊 and i have many solar/quartz collection.
the seconds hand does not line up with the markers
Thanks for 22.600 views.
We had the same seiko watch 👍🏼
Seiko is awesome. I own 6 or 7.
Patrick3331 exactly! I had mine for almost 6years already, and now I’m planning to buy a classic watch, wich is exactly what I wanted on your video. 👌🏼
hi how did you get a 50% discount on that watch? thanks for the video
is it possible to change out the band?
what is the price? Please!
I believe I mentioned it in the video. But prices may vary depending on where you live.
I have the same watch , but i didnt use it , how can i make it work ?!? = turn on i mean
Check my other reviews, I have 2 Citizen Eco Drive watches, the Stiletto and the Ecozilla divers watch.
Thanks for 8500 views!
What size is the band?
+Tin Nguyen it's adjustable, so it should fit 99% of the people
Beautiful watch, but quartz watches look better without the syncopating second hand.
Thank you from Russia. Good review!
Владислав Шпак Thanks a lot.
nice video! im 14 and i just got my first 'good' watch, its an emporio armani ar5890! :D

Comprei esse relogio hoje.
True, but don't forget, there are millions of people who don't know the difference and think quartz is more convenient.
Not a big fan of quartz, I prefer automatic watches, they're a bit more pricey but this watch looks very simple but nice.
Victorinox are good watches, but they don't have the history and knowledge that a brand like Tissot or Certina have! Victorinox started watchmaking much later compared to the other two brands! Personally, I would buy a Victorinox!

I have this box and the small book and my TISSOT watch.
Ticking secondhands, and Automatic is sweeping secondhands.
That would have been a watch I would buy if it was 38 to 39 mm.
I personally don’t like watches smaller than 39mm (actually 40mm) with the exceptional the Rolex später Perpetual.
I have the T063.610.16.038.00, it has the same model and style, but have different dial type..
its really a nice watch, i love it..
but i have some question.. can anyone help me ?
Does this Tissot watch have a Luminescence (something that give you a 'glow in the dark') ?
because my Tissot didnt 'glow in the dark', it worried me what if my tissot is a fake/replica watch..
i cannot see a full spesification in tissot website..
Tissot doesn't have that on this watch.
