*Headphone users, I really apologize for the audio, you can fix it on your end by turning on mono audio. For iOS users, go to settings, accessibility, audio+visual, and turn on mono audio and everything will be fixed on your end if you choose to watch. I have ordered a new microphone for all videos starting next week and again, I seriously apologize. My editing software was playing everything back normally so I didn’t notice until it was recently pointed out to me..*

I keep my eyes open for those videos!
Great job & this new Chevy Trax is my choice.
Dang! I must say I like the looks of the Trax Activ in marina blue.
Got my 2025 active trax all black with all the bells and whistle. Love this car. Over 6 ft and fit fine.
I love the new trax !!!!
I wonder why with the Trax makeover that Chevy didn't put interior LED lighting and I think the Trail Blazer also lacks the same. It just makes the interior a nicer look and feel at night.
Love the color on this Will!!
Now that is a color. Wow!
Great review. Never understood why the backseat not getting an armrest/cupholder setup would be the cost savings GM would use. My guess is that next refresh adds that back in.
GM had a fantastic 9sp automatic that was paired with their diesel engine on the Cruze. I wish they’d just use that one as standard. Sadly, they are heading more towards CVTs…bleh.
Beautiful color 🩵
Options: yes
If Chevy drops a hybrid engine in the Trax or Buick Envista (sub 30k), GM will have a game changer.
It's already a game changer.
Seen this new Marina Blue on an LT a week ago. Very sharp! Thinking I'd love to see this on an RS, which isn't much different, but to see how it plays off the machined wheels.
Great blue paint. Chevy just needs to add a bit of soft touch materials where you elbows rest.
Still 3 cyl with wet timing belt; don’t keep past warranty, throw away vehicle. It will cost more to service the timing belt than the car will be worth.
That's a pretty color.
Did they update the tail lights to LED?
I just got the basic LS model ($21,500), the Activ is just more $$$ with BS features you don't really need.
Did you have to order it to get it that way? Dealers around me don't stock the lower trim models much, and when they do have them, they add options that essentially turn them into higher trim models.
@@s99614 Nope, found it at the 3rd dealership I went to (and ironically the closest to me) It was listed on their web site, and the only one they had, and I snatched it.
Activ should've had more power
Still no options for AWD 🤬😡
There will never be. It is simply not needed. We will gradually see a decline in the AWD craze.
@@cgmiddle thanks for the moronic opinion
You have to move up to the Trailblazer for AWD.
Great review. If you are trying to replace your SUV with this I think it is a mistake. It is a lifted FWD car and that is fine.
Love the looks and the price but to address the “elephant in the room”…..will this car last 100,000 miles or more?
Unreliable wet belt timing, turbo, 3 cyl….for me I need to see a review with this car at 80,000 miles or more but if you actually need a car….not want…this could be a nice choice for a few years.
With a name like "activ" you 'd think it would have more power. Plus, gas mileage is horrible for having such little horsepower. My Kona n line 2022 has the same gas mileage with way more power. Lol
Good for you. Feel better?
How much did your Kona cost?
@@carlchapin8352 I got it for $19k with 15k miles. Not bad for 195hp. I also got the kona n with 276hp for $26k.
@@Fyahking619 I didn't mention anything about buying used with 15,000 miles!
You're loaded Kona with 275 horsepower cost what the cheapest Kona you can buy new. Starting prices is over $25, 000, that's with a 4-cylinder engine.
I'm thinking made up story!
Pictures?
Actually after looking more, the Kona n with the 276 horsepower, starts at $37.000.
I think you're full of s...t! Definitely a made-up story!
There's no way in hell you bought a Kona n for $25.000 new! You can't even buy a used one that's wore out with 100,000 miles for that.
What a waste of styling! If you want to keep it ICE, then give it suitable power. This, beautiful vehicle should be EV or at least hybrid.
I 💯 percent agree with the hybrid
Ev's are trash. This engine is great, and this new trax is fab.
