THANKS FOR SHARING JAY GREAT VIDEO ON THE TWO SPEAKERS! I AM STILL WAITING ON THE 310 TO GO DOWN ON PRICE SINCE THE 320 IS OUT NOW!!! I LOVE BOTH SPEAKERS👍🏽👍🏽
I just got my 320 a couple days ago. I must say it sounds vastly better than the 310, way better deeper bass, clearer mids and highs. The 310 sounds like it has a towel on the front of it. I won't be returning it and i will sell the 310
The 310 has always sounded on the warm side. Did you ever adjust the treble in the JBL app? Doing that makes a noticeable improvement in the upper range, IMO. Anyway, good to read you are pleased with the 320. 😉
@JaysStraightUpReviews I have only compared them with stock tuning and no bass boost, but I mean something you can't fix on the 310 is that deep bass missing from tracks. Listen to Sovereign by Synthsoliders or The Age of love by Charlotte De Witte. These tracks really show how much better the 320 is.
Do you have 310 and 320? If yes can you see if the size at the woofers are the same or smaller at the size.At the jbl site says both have 6,5 inch but in cm they says 176mm for the 310 and 166mm for the 320. weird i red it on an another youtube video.
Great video. I'm just curious about the soundcore partycast feature. Can you do a compares with all of the soundcore devices that you have that will connect with the party cast. And compare it with something larger like the 2 jbl 310s or 2 jbl 710.
I have two sets of PB 310 and I am more that satisfied with them, i think they are the best portable speakers on the market, but the 320 triggered me on its dome tweeter, does the 320 has clearer and much defined highs that the 310 please?
Would you say that the 320 is slightly sibilant? It's really hard to tell from a video, but from what i've heard from your videos it's a little bit "screamy" of course it's great for outdoor use to travel longer distance, but at say 30-40% it still sounds a little sibilant for indoor use, which i understand it's not its forte.
The 320 can have some sibilance, particularly at high volume with female singing. Indoors if I was playing this loud I would probably trim some of the high end so as not to be quite as sharp.
I mean they both sound great, indoors my 310 has maxed out highs and no bass boost and its still is more than enough. When outside I leave eq the same but add bass boost 1
The 310 was the first of the second gen Partybox speakers to release, so they kind of stuck with the 300 design, lights included. They started getting more updated and creative with the 110 and thereafter.
Yeah I sold my 110 a week after purchase to a close friend for exactly what I paid for it so i could upgrade to the better performance of the 310 but everytime I see his button layout and light features on the speaker once owned I get so annoyed as to why they made the 310 look last gen... even the side rubber feet smh jbl
@@JaysStraightUpReviews Yup can't find the batteries being sold anywhere which makes me wonder if jbl is planning to just offer replacement as a service only instead of the option to carry multiple batteries

Which one has more louder bass at 50% volume? With max bass Equalizer? What about 70% volume also? What about 100%? 😆 And also using 63 Hertz setting at full and all mids and highs lowest on 320. 310 bass at full and mids and highs lowest.
@@bass_freak who is we? I personally don't like Bass 2 as well as bass 1 (deep bass). Mids down 2 in the 310 EQ? That would be the lowest setting. A lot of people say the JBL's don't have strong mids, so you are cutting those way down?
@@bass_freak I don't know what a bruv is. 😆 That is interesting that you do a max bass boost and max mids and treble reduction in the 310 app settings. That has to sound like 💩 The 310 already sounds warm with the treble in default middle setting.
I noticed in America the 320 and 120 are now available to buy on B&H. I'm sure by this weekend there will be more online retailers with it available to order.
So 320 still has bass roll off? Bass at higher volumes starts fading away. Over 70% already on 310. But it is less on 320 than on 310??? Hmmph. JBLs always have this annoying thing. I want strong bass at max volume. But no. 😐 But what about full bass EQ? Everything maxed down and deep bass only at full. What does it sound then? I like bass and i want a bass speaker that is nicely moveable. So Bass EQ at full power? At 70% - 100% volume?
@@JaysStraightUpReviews to have something portable when going out lol to the park and outta town. The ultimates are for house parties and special occasions
The samething I'm doing I'm getting the 320 for the portability I have the 120 but returning it because I want the bigger battery more bass and better sound quality of the 320 definitely gonna get me a partybox ultimate tho.

Bass Boost 1 vs Bass Boost 2 doesnt really mean that BB2 is more powerful, it's just a different mode. BB1 being "deep" and BB2 being "punchy". I'd say the large majority of people prefers BB1.
Well, it is a new speaker. They can fix it with updates. If Soundcore can, then JBL can also. And I use custom EQ, if I need extra bass. Easy. I want swappble batteries!!!!
What is battery backup? Any speaker will deplete the battery quicker based on factors like lights on/off, volume level, type of music being played, bass modes on/off.
The majority of people buying a 320 like my self are the ones who want portability. 710 doesn't have a built in battery and even if it did alot of people wouldn't buy it because it's so damn big and heavy therfore making the 320 more eye catching!

I dont know why they used the partybox 100 design on the 310 instead of the 110/710 designe for the buttons
Because the 310 is older and was released before the 110 and 710
