Your new style with Jones is beautiful to watch. Actually wanting to avoid damage leads to way more realistic fights, too. Most fighters in real life don't throw 100s of punches with constant exchanges because they have to worry about their health and longevity in the sport (not mentioning the stamina issue). Whereas in the game, you can get KOed 100 times in a row without any repercussions on your health stats in your next fights. I understand why it's like this, just adding praise to this specific style of play. Looking forward to when the sidekicks get buffed and you can really get back into your stride with Jones.

Jon’s sneaky defense is the reason why people say he lost the Santos, Reyes fights imo. A large amount of shots get rolled off the shoulder, deflected off the guard, or barely slipped. But during live action you can’t always see that they’re not actually connecting.

Hey Martial, I have an interesting challenge for you. I call it the "Only Lead" challenge, basically what you have to do is create a fighter, disable all rear strikes and give him only lead strikes, for the rest you can give him whatever you want. Try to win an online match or against the AI with that fighter. Would love to see that. You could also try the opposite (only rear strikes).

    • @MartialMind
