Biscuit bhakhri / Methi bhakhri for travelling
1) Biscuit bhakhri
1 cup wheat flour
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Ghee for roasting
2) Methi bhakhri
1 cup methi pan [ fenugreek leaves ]
1/4 cup oil / ghee
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp roasted kasuri methi
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 cup wheat flour
1-1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
water as per required [3-4 tbsp ]
salt to taste
ghee for roasting

Really great recipes & tips, can learn a lot from your videos BUT the only problem is that the videos are too long with questions & answers from viewers, some of the questions are repeated even after it's already been well explained & some questions are so silly when the answer is common sense. It's difficult to concentrate on the recipe when there are so many interruptions .
The videos MUST BE STRAIGHT TO THE POINT WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTIONS.
