    Yes!!! As a mother of 7, and teaching Sunday school for fifteen years, I have seen ALOT of story Bibles. And the Children's Story Bible by Catherine F. Vos is by far the best that I have ever come across ❤️ We use it every morning 😊

    The retelling and the commentaries are just what we need right now. My 1st grader wants a new Bible storybook, but I am super picky because so many of them are full of embellishments or they get small details wrong.

    Thank you! I am very excited to get the Ganz commentaries. Do you know of any good children's commentaries that cover the new testament?

      We haven't yet found any New Testament commentaries for children that we would recommend.

      @Mowery Family Some of Smyth's views do not align with our beliefs (for example, regarding creation and inspiration). Because of that, we don't recommend his commentaries.

    Thanks for another great video! Having your child do a narration... does that mean asking them to tell you what happened in their own words?

    • @SimplyCharlotteMason
      @SimplyCharlotteMason  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, that's part of it, but it can be leveled up as children get older and more proficient! Here's a video that explains what narration is and how you can adjust the difficulty to fit your child: th-cam.com/video/C98Fvl1NCyU/w-d-xo.html

    Does The Children’s Story Bible creation account say “Let us make man in our image”? Most ones I’ve seen has God say “Let me make man in my image”.
