Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how incredibly rare of a situation this is - most of the best pirates and their stories, or gangsters and their stories, crooked cops, big time dealers, etc, etc, and their stories, we'll NEVER HEAR ABOUT. And here we are. Granted such an opportunity.
For Sammy to share - and be able to share - all this is just amazing.

They say “time heals all wounds” and to a certain extent it’s partially true, but sometimes a smell, sound, or a distant memory surfaces again and the pain of losing that person feels as fresh as the day they died. I don’t think we ever completely heal, we just move on like life does.
Thank you for sharing your story Sammy, wish you the best.

I keep reading about how Sammy is a killer and diserves no sympathy however I disagree. Yes he is a killer. Yes he is wrong for ending the life someone else created. But I'm a human fucking being and believe me, I know all too well about the loss of life. Despite the evil that men do ALL life is just that. Life. And I feel the pain of others. Even if I don't agree with what they do. And perhaps Sammy learned something about the human condition separately from the confines of right and wrong. Thank you Sammy for letting us into your experiences. This really is a rare thing. And it's OUR THING!

  • @CityBohoGirl

Cracks me up how people have the audacity to come to STBG’s podcast, sit behind some screen like cowards, and attempt to bully and discredit him. Like, really? Would you all be this “brave” standing in front of him doing that? Riiii…
“… Another chance to tell how smart he is.” Really? Listen again. Sammy LAUGHS at that notion saying (basically bro, calm down.) It’s La Costra Nostra. That’s it. He told that part of the story to share that the life wasn’t necessarily instinctual to everyone, even newly made men. There were rules, oaths to be followed. That this life needed extraordinary wisdom. My God, relax guys lol
Sammy, I want to personally thank you for actually having the balls to tell these truths… no smoke, truth. What has always fascinated me so much about the life, Lucky and Meyer on, was the loyalty. The protection, the trust and the respect crews had for one another had to have been other-worldly. Unimaginable to most, really. Essential.
People who went sideways did so on their own free will, fully knowing of the impending consequences. It was business. I think you invented the term “street smarts” Sammy. I mean, I can’t believe I’m sitting here f ing chocked up and crying half the time listening to you. It’s wonderful, actually.
Taking care of the fatherless within your own crew touched me deeply. Powerful, powerful stories of humanity in here as well. (Please trolls, please don’t attack me with… “but what about Sammy’s victims etc etc?” It’s blind to believe hits were direct results of the boredom of maniacs, come on.)
    Cheers Sammy, mad respect. Xo

To have any of them complain when truth be told, to get your button you had to do a hit yourself. So as Sammy re!ates what his life entailed and who he clipped. @@mafiagaming1847 First off, I'm not hating on the video, I'm hating on how people can buy him crying about his crew when he himself had most of them killed. This is a "Gangster party"? There are no Gangsters here, only FORMER Gangsters. That was all given up when he cooperated and ratted on real Gangsters. I do understand, I grew up around Mafia and Bikers. That's why I'm not being conned like you guys are. Sammy was tough, but he wasn't Cosa Nostra. Fat Tony Salerno, Chin, Persico, Nicky Scarfo, Sonny Franzese and guys like them are Cosa Nostra. Sammy broke almost every rule you could break, he wasn't Cosa Nostra. Unsanctioned hit on Fiala? Putting his hands on Louie DiBono? Killing an innocent teenager? Killing the Boss? Ratting out 40+ guys? That's just the rules we know about him breaking. I'm just the guy who's willing to point these things out so maybe one person can realize the truth. I think his stories are great, I just don't see how people can overlook the facts in favor of what you see. Is it not true that he was crying because his crew wasn't the same? He had most of them killed. It shows how good he was at conning people that he can make you all feel sorry for him when he's the reason for it. I like his videos just don't like how he tries to con the audience.

That took a tremendous weight off of his life. For the first time in months, or even years, he was able to let go of his fears of continuing to suffer. When that weight was gone, he relaxed and rested in peace in his mind. Then he was able to rest in peace in his body. @@TDBurrow I met Sammy when I was little little, now I'm not mob, but I am related to someone who ran a different kind of powerful family, .. powerful families have different loyalties than your type.
And before you start in on loyalty and how he saved his ass, keep mind that you can run your mouth all day about what YOU would have done, but until youre in that spot, that's all it is, is a wish list of 'i woulds'
And for the record, I was talking about the strength to talk about deep scars. Right or wrong, emotional shit is emotional shit.
