Indeed you are a teacher. Some the questions the interviewer ask me were all here. I wish i went through your videos, i could have got all correctly. God blessed you sir. Am indeed grateful.
Please specify more about it! I've already covered so many videos about distillation and heat transfer and heat exchanger. If you'll specify in details then it will be better for me to prepare the topics for videos....thanks!
I have a small doubt.. here you say as the area increases the pressure increases.. but pressure is inversely proportional to area (P=F/A) how does this work ?
But according to Bernoulli theory... If Velocity decrease then pressure increases... Here in volute casing as area increase velocity decrease... So as velocity decrease, pressure will increase.
@@amicheal1405 yes, I agree with your point and would like to add into it, The Equations which plays role are Bernoulli's equations and Equation of continuity According to equations of continuity, A1v1=A2v2 Now, for some value of A1 since the area of casing gradually increase to A2, the high velocity v1 caused by impeller later decrease to v2, Now, since the velocity has decreased and according to Bernoulli's equations, Pressure will increase
@Coreengineers How to get API 610 Course and certificate accepted world wide? Any trustworthy online platform you know which is slightly fits in budget?
If the suction line length is more the 1 mtr than its necessary to provide for low pressure generated and it's help in suction fluid quickly and easy for operation.
@theknowledgeworld6155 this is when you are talking about static pressure i.e P is inversely proportional to A. But for dynamic pressure P is proportional to A.
If the area increases, the velocity of the fluid reduces, thereby the kinetic energy decreases and the equivalent amount of energy is increased as the pressure energy, which therefore increases the point pressure of the fluid.

Really helpful for the those who are working in a industry and switching for the jobs it is also helpful for the newcomers engineer
Thank you for the video, it is really helpful. Please continue🙏
Extraordinary class....Please be continued
Watch part-2 and part 3 is coming soon
Very good information. Especially your English 👌👌.
Please put more videos about rotating equipments trouble shooting .
Please continue Guru
Good one
Please continue 👍
Really helpful
Continue this, it is helpful...thanks

Informative, pl keep it up
continue this series
Thanks a lot Engineer
Pls continue sir
Thank you so much. Pls make a video about npsh and pump curves. Thank you sir. 💗🌹

Very important information
please continue this series on centrifugal pump🙏
sure we'll continue this series
@@Coreengineers also make dcs console operator interview questions
Thanks
Continue please
Thank you ❤
When the area increases, the pressure decreases. This is because pressure is inversely proportional to the area over which force is applied.
Please Sir continue the series
Thanks for this video Please continue this series...
You should post such videos by answering questions in Hindi.
Sir please upload pump selection criteria and difference between centrifugal pump and positive displacement pump
Supee🎉
Please make videos on distillation heat exchangers like this

NRV can be used in suction side because foot-valve also a nrv
pls upload the second part of the centrifugal pump.
Already uploaded so many parts check the playlist
Pls make videos on HVAC..
Please upload 2nd part of centrifugal pump
Please treat compressor operations
Nice
Bro Pump start-up explain chayuu ...
Pls make video on DCs
Area aur pressure both kaise increase hoga at same time ? both are inversely proportional hai??
Bernaulli equation padho...ur correct as P = F/A
F/A = P , How would pressure increase if Area is increased in "the function of pump casing" question ?

Make video on cause and effect in process
cause and effect diagram is prepared based on control philosophy documents. what exactly you want to know?
Can you make similar video for compressors

I have a small doubt.. here you say as the area increases the pressure increases.. but pressure is inversely proportional to area (P=F/A) how does this work ?
Your point is completely okk....my point was w.r.t Bernoulli
Pressure = force / area .means pressure and the area's are inversely proportional , area increases the pressure will decrease
But according to Bernoulli theory... If Velocity decrease then pressure increases... Here in volute casing as area increase velocity decrease... So as velocity decrease, pressure will increase.

@@RGvnit31 sorry, I don't know that bro
@amicheal1405 P1+1/2 roh V1²+ roh gh = constant; h=0; when V1 decreases, P1 increases to keep the result constant

what about the Bernoulli's principle

@@Coreengineers infatti qui entra in gioco il "Trinomio di Bernoulli"
Bhai you are wrong in basic.....cause increase in Area will result into decrease in pressure
Bro,he is talking about pressure force, delta P = V2**2-V1**2/2g
We should install NRV in suction side to prevent dry running
Is this crt ?
No Nrv place after the delivery
please provide ppt sir
