I made the same trellises for my 4 eight foot beds. Instead of just lowering, I attach them to the hooks to the right, so by the end of the growing season, all my plants form a sort of swirl around the bed and they don't sag.
Shat do i lookup to find the thing you used to lower the twine my tomaterzz r planted and i could use this my last trellis system wad electrical conduits and using twine to make a grid it was ok but some plants were too heavy

This has got to be the best way to grow tomatoes. Last year we built a similar set up and the tomatoes grew over 15 feet tall!

No plastic necessary to trim plants, only natural things like cotton threads and natural raffia
And how do you keep the deer away from devouring the tomato leaves? Deer will strip the plant clean! Had it happen more than once.

Pluck off all the suckers and only leave the leaves and one main stem.
