Although Korean Ramen is quiet popular in Asian countries, but it’s not always easy to find it in nearby locality. So I made this simple yet delicious ramen with generally available Instant Maggi Noodles while altering its taste and flavor with some quick and easy techniques. Hope you all will enjoy it.

I am so happy to see there's such a learned cook youtuber like you (Bengali) who prepares food with technique explaining every step, and knows what the authentic ingredients are and have correct knowledge about the dishes. It is very nice to see that you suggest condiments and spices that can be used as substitutes depending on the availability. I had left culinary arts 5 years back seeing no one (here in Bangaldesh) appreciates the chef as much as they should. I am glad to see things are changing by little steps. we should encourage and appreciate cooks and chefs who actually know what they are doing how it should be done. Cooking is no joke! Ramen was actually originated from China, known as La Mian. During Meiji era it was a hit and brought to Japan. And then Ramen became a Japanese cuisine. That's why ramen is still written in katakana (the Japanese phonetic alphabet used for foreign borrowed words) "ラーメン". However, thank you for making such an amazing video. It feels good that there are people in Bangladesh who recognizes the original Ramen from Japan and not the borrowed Korean ripoff "ramyeon"
Tried this. Used oyster sauce because did not have fish sauce. Also skipped chilli sauce by mistake. Used honey instead of sugar. Turned out amazing. Thank you for the recipe. It has become an instant hit
