- A great demonstration of South African Braai cooking direct in the kitchen and from the masters at Mzoli's Meat in the heart of the Gugulethu Township in Cape Town, South Africa. I was quite honored to have them show me their craft.

What we call BARBECUE is the same method,,,cooking over glowing coals with smoke from burning fat flavoring the meat. I would love to try this delicious food.
