On the traffic. GTA Online has some kind of traffic vehicle set or something, where most of the car that spawned are always the same vehicle (or at least that's how i observed it). So if you never saw one, that's mean the car are not spawned during the time. But when the Schwartzer are spawned, it will be there everywhere. So the only way for you to find it is to always login in GTAO until you find the car.

@@JohnnySliverhand-e9s indeed it is. I was under the impression that it was based of the 190E EVO 2, since they’re both famous performance sedans and look pretty similar
