Eggman The Dictator in Sonic 1 is a Character Mod created by Alex20071.
"NO WAY... I CANT BELIEVE THIS changes Sonic's sprites to Dr. Eggman's and Sonic takes the good doctor's role as the "bad guy." This mod also adds new music and voice clips from the late Deem Bristow."
Now I personally like the way the roles are reversed here, and with there being voice clips, it's interesting, but I will say in advance, you may hear it a lot during the gameplay lol.
One thing to note: Usually after the title screen, it just crashes for some reason. Another area can be after finishing Scrap Brain Act 3, and during the credits after it shows Labyrinth Zone.
